4. FIX THE ANDROID APP!

   Seriously your android app is the absolute worst. That's not even hyperbole, it's just a plain fact.
   Emails don't send. They get stuck in an outgoing folder. I've tried resending, re-writing, sending them to drafts and then resending them, clearing my cache, stopping and re-starting the app, rebooting the phone and uninstalling and re-installing the app but the problem remains and it's not just me I know other people it's happening to.

   This is costing me money when some important emails give the apperance of having been sent, it's creating social conflicts when people don't believe me when I say a huge corporation like Yahoo can't even put an app together that will do the one thing it's supposed to do (send emails, which let's face it - is something Yahoo should be able to do).

   You don't even have a customer support chat that can help with this issue! At least not one that I can find.

   One more thing, a message to whoever at Yahoo reads this, if anyone at Yahoo is even doing that; if your initial reaction to this message is to tell me that the problem is with me, the settings on my phone or the settings on my app - do not bother.
   This is your app, your company created it to do the one thing your company is supposed to do; host emails. If your app is unable to do that, the problem is with your app and not with me.

   Fix this problem.

9. Upgrade servers!! The inability to log in when needed (ie. for WORK) highlights why Yahoo mail is quickly being dropped.

   Email is a critical part of everyday life whether for social or work. The inability to use email because of server issues highlights why Yahoo Mail is falling behind your competitors. I have used Yahoo Mail almost since its inception with very little problems and have resisted making a change to another service, but my patience is getting thin. Fix these issues or you will continue to lose market share to other services that actually work.

    I was using mujdeergun@yahoo.com. I was using Account Key. But my tablet was deleted. So i cannot use this account. My recovery mail address was signed up by another person. But It is not used by someone now. So I try signin up safi**88@hotmail.com. I know all of them are my problem. But i saved +905401161 for recovery phone. But Yahoo saved my recovery phone number wrongly. I cannot recieve recovery key. My brother's recovery phone begins with +90055*** at your system. He can recieve recovery key. So i think your database has issues about Turkey Mobile Phones. Please fix my phone number.

16. Temporarily unavail

    Getting repeated messages that the mail is temporarily unavailable. This is so, even after repeatedly clearing all cache. After several attempts, it is showing only today's mail and not loading earlier mail. Don't know what to do.
