FIX THE ANDROID APP!
Seriously your android app is the absolute worst. That's not even hyperbole, it's just a plain fact.
Emails don't send. They get stuck in an outgoing folder. I've tried resending, re-writing, sending them to drafts and then resending them, clearing my cache, stopping and re-starting the app, rebooting the phone and uninstalling and re-installing the app but the problem remains and it's not just me I know other people it's happening to.
This is costing me money when some important emails give the apperance of having been sent, it's creating social conflicts when people don't believe me when I say a huge corporation like Yahoo can't even put an app together that will do the one thing it's supposed to do (send emails, which let's face it - is something Yahoo should be able to do).
You don't even have a customer support chat that can help with this issue! At least not one that I can find.
One more thing, a message to whoever at Yahoo reads this, if anyone at Yahoo is even doing that; if your initial reaction to this message is to tell me that the problem is with me, the settings on my phone or the settings on my app - do not bother.
This is your app, your company created it to do the one thing your company is supposed to do; host emails. If your app is unable to do that, the problem is with your app and not with me.
Fix this problem.
