  1. Yahoo Help Central keeps looping

    The help central page keeps looping to the beginning at choose product page after selecting option at step 2 when click on Contact A Yahoo Specialist.

    Not sure anyone facing the same error. I tried to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on desktop computer or phone also the same.

    yah00, why does Search box throw error? Why unsubscribing from genuine site, brings in tons of spam? Why are there tons of spam each and every day? What are you idiots doing to fix the ongoing issues?

  10. where is the world is the scroll bar? It recently disappeared completely!

    Scroll bar has just about disappeared completely from yahoo mail. Until several days ago I could only read about 15 emails or so, then an Up arrow would appear, then I had to go all the way to the top for the scroll bar to reappear. Now that arrow is gone and I can't get the scroll bar to move around in mail at all. I think Yahoo is trying to coerce me into buying the upgraded version!!

    Not able to see preview of attachments in mails. Please let me know if there is any work aroundfor fixture. I remove the Anti virus and ran updates for Chrome and still got the same error. Only option is to download the file and open it so will be able to know the content. Please suggest.

  16. Select All Squares With The Image

    I can't select the proper images for verification as the images are not in a single square, therefore I was forced to log in with mobile number verification. I pressed the skip or refresh buttons so many times but the outcome is still the same, let's say select the image with motorcycle, the image of motorcycle is not in a square but more than 4 squares, after selected came with a failed consequence. This is a big trouble to me every time when I log in to the mailbox.

  18. payment not possible for ad free mail

    payment system towards ad free mail is biased for u s residents . trying to pay but sometimes it happens by chance , now i authorized and also paid 65 rupees per month by google play but it is not showing ad free email .kindly help

  20. How about making it WORK?? Firefox works on all other internet connections, but fails with Yahoo. I'm ready to find a new email provider!

    Why do all other internet connections work just fine?? But you report "No internet connection"? Or I get gateway time out errors?
