Not functioning anymore
Since not using my laptop for 2 weeks while on holiday, the mail doesn't function as it used to.
Mails remain marked as unread, although I've read them. Drafts can't be saved. Mails can't be delete. I'm having to use my app on my phone to check, send or delete mails. -

yahoo mail keeps failing to delete emails in both my business yahoo mail and personal. I will either delete inside the email itself or using check boxes and still fails to delete.

Error loading email.
After opening 3-4 email, I get an error message saying the mail could not be loaded. When I refresh the screen, then it loads correctly for 3-4 more emails and then errors again. I deleted all my yahoo cookies and tried again, same errors. I'm using Microsoft Edge Version 140.0.3485.54 (Official build) (64-bit). I using the older email, not the newer, less functional version.

Trying to pay for more storage - it's not working!
I'm trying to pay for more cloud storage because I keep getting a message that it's full but I can't change my address to Australia, where I live. When I try to pay using PayPal I get a message saying it's only for USA customers. So at the moment there is not way for me to upgrade. And to make it worse the help centre feature is not working so I can't log an error. This is my last option of trying to resolve this. What should I do?

I have to refresh the page and even then sometimes it does not fix the problem.
Sometimes get a similar error trying to move messages.
Makes it virtually impossible to keep my Inbox clean and the size of my mailbox down. PLEASE fix this -

Please help me. My nigk@yahoo.com was hacked on 1/9/25, with huge sums of money stolen from me. I know all my old mails a few days prior to the hack as they were downloaded to my iphone.
