  1. Allow access to emails and attachments that are older than 6 weeks.

    Every email I have older than 6 weeks just says "We're unable to load this message. Retry". Attachments are showing up in searches but aren't able to be previewed, forwarded, or downloaded.
    Aside from fixing this issue, another major improvement would be for the help and support pages to not just be circular links with no answers to anything. Maybe even a support email.

  4. How to view blocked mail's header?

    Groups.io says Yahoo has blocked mails from other groups.io users:

    "mx-eu.mail.am0.yahoodns.net: 554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons. Please visit https://senders.yahooinc.com/error-codes "

    Yahoo continues:

    "To check if your email was sent using DMARC, you'll need to view the raw message."

    How I can see the blocked message's header when Yahoo has blocked it? Cannot I say all mail from groups.io is ok?

    Another thing I live outside US. but use English Windows and English Firefox. While visiting page:

  8. Stop blocking connection with proxies!!

    I use a proxy for my daily browsing. Your stupid webmail doesn't let me connect with it anymore, it's an outrage. Don't block proxies blindly (or at all...), particularly when I've been using the same one for ages and connected from it before.

  9. Spell check is stuck on British English and keeps telling me my correctly spelled American English is wrong when it is right. Annoying

    Spell check keeps correcting my American English correctly spelled words because they are not the British English spelling. Annoying.

  10. The new format of categories is a really bad idea and format . Why would i want to go into 5 different tabs to see my emails .

    Why would i want to go into 5 different tabs to see my emails and who made up the criteria for these tabs . In just 3 days numerous important emails have gone into wrong tabs. Please bring back the old format

    We could not use our company's email to send or receive the email from my Yahoo email, and the same situation with my Yahoo email to my company's email, too. The Reply information just shows "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." Please help us to resolve this issue. Thanks.

  12. Email deletion/not syncing across apps

    I have my Yahoo mail coming into my Outlook (new version), Yahoo Mail app, and iPhone mail. Recently, emails before last week until about September 2023 are missing from my Inbox. I found the missing emails in my deleted folder in Outlook. I couldn't find them in any other application. On day one, I restored the deleted emails and pressed sync in Outlook. The emails returned to my Outlook Inbox but remained missing from the Yahoo Mail and iPhone mail apps. The following day the emails were again missing, located in the Outlook deleted folder.   13. I can not find a contact email for Yahoo

    Why is there not option to email Yahoo to report an error? I do not want to call an international number when an email with a screenshot would be so much more benefical to fixing the error I encounter.
    The only way I can send an email is through yahoo is by using my mobile. I am unable to figure out why Yahoo keeps stating "an error occurred while sending this message" every time I try to use my laptop. Using different browsers and clearing the cache does not fix the error. Neither does clearing the cache

  14. Emails Missing from Sent Folder

    All emails in the "Sent" folder dated between 19.07.2016 and 06.02.2023 have disappeared, even though I have not deleted them. I've sent a request to restore the lost emails to ymail-mobileweb-feedback@yahooinc.com on 25.09.2023 but haven't even received confirmation that my request has been received. Please fix the problem!

  15. Mail stripping width="600" from <img> when width value is greater than 99 (two digits)

    Hello, on forwarding an email via Yahoo and AOL mail images can revert to their original size when viewed in Desktop Outlook.

    In my case I have noticed that when the email is received the attribute width="600" is present on the <img> element, however, on forwarding this attribute is removed, unfortunately this is what Desktop Outlook needs to display the image at the correct size.

    This only happens when the value of width="" is greater than two digits.

  16. Free assitance

    Please provide free assistance through chat, email but not through Customers Care in Twitter. They cannot help and just repeat the same script over and over.

    The self-service help center is terrible. I had an awful experience with it.

    Please take care of your customers. There another free mail providers that efficient and provide more assistance to their customers. I have a microsoft mail account for more than 20 years and never experience what I went through with Yahoo, without having access to my account for 24hs and no one could help recover it.

  17. not getting emails from domain email

    Not receiving emails from my work domain. I own it, dkim, SPF and other security settings are in place (as per Yahoo to not be "spammy") and still, I can send email to my domain from my Yahoo account but cannot receive emails from my domain. I get an error that it's undelilverable. Yahoo needs some TLC.
