Make text size and font user selectable
Why can’t I change text size? As set by the design, text is miniscule and barely legible. It needs to be larger and with a serif font.

Your mail sucks! I only keep Thai account for legacy reasons. You have don’t nothing in regards to management or organization of mail. I know why 99% of my mail is junk now and why you don’t stop it. So you can try and charge me for storage of junk mail. Well FU I’m leaving. So now you can’t even advertise to me. Make it impossible to delete junk mail so I can be charged. Sell a good service and people will pay. Don’t cheat people. ********!

Reverse search
An icon to change the order of the emails. An example would be from chronological order to reverse chronological order. It would be easier to delete your oldest emails first to free up space.

Password hijackers using third party app
Someone tried to hack my account by making a password for a third party app. They then tried to reset my Instagram password. I thought emails warning me about third party app were a scam, so think it needs more attention.

Notifications
Can't turn on notifications ('we're unable to turn this on at this time') and sent myself an email from another account four hours ago and it hasn't arrived yet. Not good.

Spam filter sucks
The spam filter is absolutely terrible. It’s ignoring very obvious spam email, ones from nonsense email addresses, with titles that have more symbols than letters. Like, the bottom-barrel, “if you can’t identify this you can’t identify anything” kind of email. I get 5-10 of them a day, and checking my spam folder shows that it’s catching maybe 1-2 every few days.
