Spam filter sucks
The spam filter is absolutely terrible. It’s ignoring very obvious spam email, ones from nonsense email addresses, with titles that have more symbols than letters. Like, the bottom-barrel, “if you can’t identify this you can’t identify anything” kind of email. I get 5-10 of them a day, and checking my spam folder shows that it’s catching maybe 1-2 every few days.

Don't categorize by date or day of the week
Instead of categorizing by date or day of the week, just sort by date as before. This unnecessary categorization takes up a lot of screen space and is difficult to view on a smartphone.

Issue ticket should be raised if articles and chatbot fails to address user issue
Support articles and chatbot fails to answer user problem and you ask to pay extra to connect with agent.
There is no option like raising ticket for am issue which will be handled by support agent.

J'utilise Yahoo mail depuis des années. Aujourd'hui j'ai besoin de me connecter à mon compte depuis un ordinateur, impossible ! Je fois soit disant entrer un code à 6 chiffrés envoyé sur ma boîte mail, que je ne reçois jamais.. en demandant le code par SMS, on me parle de frais.....voilà, il faut que je remédie à une autre messagerie, dommage....
