3. Your email service needs work

   This email client sucks! I’ve clicked on delete on a message 10 times and it still shows up as a new message.
   Also, who’s the genius that can’t figure out how to write a code to have your cursor migrate to the area where you have to enter a code from your phone just to read your email.

4. 我的信箱信件沒有主動刪除，結果都被系統自動刪除

   不管是分類信件夾，寄件備份，訂閱信箱，一堆東西今天中午看到都被刪除跟取消了，請問一下，如何處理？很多信件都是極具重要性，現在只剩下不到三分之一，所以你們信箱系統是被入侵嗎？那些信件很重要，而且信箱什麼時候有公告有容量限制？如果沒有，為何會消失不見？早上還可以看得到，結果中午直接消失？！證明你們系統有問題，請立刻處理

7. Want to view desktop site on ipad

   I love Yahoo Mail but there is one thing that very much disappoints me with Yahoo Mail (not all of yahoo). On my iPad i am using a 13’ primary screen and a 27” secondary screen, but yahoo always forces me into the mobile view of your site. There are many features the mobile view does not support that the normal desktop view does. Why can’t I just view the desktop site. I have set my browser to request the desktop site.. this works for the rest of yahoo.com just not Yahoo Mail.

8. Slow yahoo mail

   Why don't you return to the previous yahoo mail version that worked well for android 7 as it works perfectly now for android 9?
   I am deeply unsatisfied with the current version on my android 7 Samsung galaxy mobile.
   I am thinking to stop using yahoo mail on my phone!

    I have two yahoo emails that go to the same inbox, how do I change the order of the email addresses that I'm sending from in the iOS default mail mobile app tied to my yahoo account? I have the option in the desktop version and yahoo app, to pick which email addresses I'm sending from, but also would like to have the option in the mobile app. It's confusing to recipients of emails I send as to why I am sending emails from multiple email addresses. I have to explain that at one point yahoo canceled a lot of inactive accounts and let users pick a new email address as available, and link it to your current account, but especially in job hunting situations for instance, or a myriad of other situations, it can come across as somewhat 'sketchy'.
    In the Yahoo Mail app for Android, you can choose which email address you send from when composing a message, even if you have multiple addresses linked to your account. To do this, tap the CC/BCC, From dropdown field, then tap the From address field, and select the mailbox you'd like to send the email from before sending your message.
    Currently, the knowledge base does not mention a way to reorder the list of sending addresses in the mobile app itself—it only explains how to pick which address to use for each email.
