1. Default email address

   I have two yahoo emails that go to the same inbox, how do I change the order of the email addresses that I'm sending from in the iOS default mail mobile app tied to my yahoo account? I have the option in the desktop version and yahoo app, to pick which email addresses I'm sending from, but also would like to have the option in the mobile app. It's confusing to recipients of emails I send as to why I am sending emails from multiple email addresses. I have to explain that at one point yahoo canceled a lot of inactive accounts and let users pick a new email address as available, and link it to your current account, but especially in job hunting situations for instance, or a myriad of other situations, it can come across as somewhat 'sketchy'.
   In the Yahoo Mail app for Android, you can choose which email address you send from when composing a message, even if you have multiple addresses linked to your account. To do this, tap the CC/BCC, From dropdown field, then tap the From address field, and select the mailbox you'd like to send the email from before sending your message.

6. Yahoo Help

   The help options are not working properly. The system asks me a question, but after I respond, it just returns to the first screen. I can’t get any useful assistance this way. Please fix this issue—it’s very frustrating and not helpful at all.

   My Yahoo.com.au account won’t accept Bigpond emails.

   I have not been getting my email for weeks and have no way to get help. I have plenty of storage and I have important emails so now after 20 years with yahoo I have to get a new email address with Gmail because I cannot get any help

9. Make using YAHOO MAIL SIMPLE for Senior Citizens

   I am desperately trying to just use an easy form of my Yahoo email. You make me change my passwords over and over. I am crying right now because as a senior citizen I cannot just use my email simply. It has become so cumbersome and now I have a 6 digit code in addition to all my previous passwords. Your just plain old email stopped on December 1, 2025 and today I have so many accounts all with different passwords, codes, etc. I am so frustrated I am crying. Not a fun experience. Now, instead of just plain emails on the left side, I have them, plus adds and the delete button is way down on the bottom and the email message covers the whole screen. Why do you keep changing things, passwords, codes, 6-digit codes, code by phone sometimes. Just want my old, simple email back so that I can get and send messages easily. So frustrated and sad! Sign in required here. Which of my sign-ins do you want? Now page not found!

11. Show ALL my contacts to me and only me

    I would like to see ALL my contacts in my address book, not the edited version that the Yahoo algorithm is generating. I have noticed that Yahoo's algorithm is conveniently omitting many of my contacts in my Yahoo address book.

20. Change Ads Color/Appearance

    I hate the new look.
    
    I don't think you'll go back to the old style, but if you could modify the appearance of ads sprinkled throughout the inbox mail to a different color. Can't tell you how many times I've accidentally clicked on the ad because it too is in black/white print. Old style had ads in a different color.
