I am not able to receive mail in my inbox for so many days. Pliz tell why it is so and what is d reason for it.

    I stopped receiving emails after being hacked. I have recovered the account but have not received any emails since the hack. I cannot find the “filter” in settings so can’t follow the instructions and have not received any help through other messages.

    I have gaming accounts tied to this email and I can’t get verification emails so im locked out of those gaming accounts, i can’t get help because yahoo support costs money which is a terrible business practice

    Nobody is monitoring our complaints. All emails gone & none being received. Disappointed, will move to a new service provider.

    Since this email program was rebuilt and redesigned, none of my previous Email folders containing important correspondence had been wiped. I find this out on the day that I had prepared for already using the previous Yahoo mail platform. What a very unfortunate situation I was put in to find all.of my previous emails had vanished, not in Archives, Sent....nowhere.

    This has created massive consequences and completely unforeseen. Your QA time didn't flag that existing email content wasn't being carried over to the new email interface, that's seems to be a massive bug that should have been rectified prior to launching the new redesign.

    Very disappointed in Yahoo, this was sloppy work.

    Why am I not getting my mail? It said my account was restored but I am no getting mail. This is vital and causing me a great deal of problems. How can this be fixed and who is responsible for my missing emails
