    Hi,
    I understand yahoo policy and totally respect their terms and conditions. If long time didn’t login account would be frozen. But please try to get us back our email Account.
    I am also not receiving emails. Need to login my X (twitter).

    Security tab in my header is not post , lost my recover email refer to new recovery password/ phone number link need to be post so i can change my information.

    I noticed during accessing my email the screen disappeared or shows blank page… using yahoo app and the security software updated… rebooted my cellphone IPhone 11pro no go and was not sure if it is related to the app version I used.., removed it and logged back in today and attempted to send a test email somehow got an error messages but finally managed to compose. Another thing I noticed is delayed receiving incoming some emails… is there any known issues…

    I'm not receiving transaction mails from Ikhokha ,
    When I explain the matter to them they say I must the Yahoo to White list or unblock Ikhokha messages ,
    Please help

    Hi Jack, are you not receiving any emails? Or certain kind of emails like verification codes? And last, are you only have issues on this platform? How about the Yahoo Mail app or Desktop? Can you please check? This will help us narrow down the issue. Thanks.
