Don't categorize by date or day of the week
Instead of categorizing by date or day of the week, just sort by date as before. This unnecessary categorization takes up a lot of screen space and is difficult to view on a smartphone.

Issue ticket should be raised if articles and chatbot fails to address user issue
Support articles and chatbot fails to answer user problem and you ask to pay extra to connect with agent.
There is no option like raising ticket for am issue which will be handled by support agent.

J'utilise Yahoo mail depuis des années. Aujourd'hui j'ai besoin de me connecter à mon compte depuis un ordinateur, impossible ! Je fois soit disant entrer un code à 6 chiffrés envoyé sur ma boîte mail, que je ne reçois jamais.. en demandant le code par SMS, on me parle de frais.....voilà, il faut que je remédie à une autre messagerie, dommage....

Tabs, multiple email selecting
I’ve bought an Ipad to replace my tired MacBook. The mail app doesn’t get all my emails so that is unreliable to say the least. The browser version is a disaster There are no tabs so you can move quickly between emails that you’re using and you can’t select multiple emails by selecting one then scrolling down and using the shift key to select all in between. Surely a browser version should be the same all the way through. Those 2 features I use all the time!!! Not having them is a real pain in the rear.

A problem recently occurring
Not sure how else to report this, so hope you can help. I have begun to receive indecent material by way of ads popping up amongst by emails and as articles in the list of news articles when I first go into the Yahoo Lite app to then go into my emails. Can you get rid of it please! Am trying to nip this in the bud. Thanks
