  5. Yahoo Mail deleted every email in my account. Everything I had is gone.

    Maybe don’t delete 20 years of people’s emails without their permission. Maybe people would stay with yahoo. This is a sorry company and charging for help? Embarrassing.

  6. Stop the spam, or at least get it to the Spam Folder

    Spam continues daily to inbox for over a month now. Mark as spam does no good. No spam going directly to spam folder. Why not fix it ????

    I appreciate the opportunity to share my ideas about my experiences with Yahoo Mail. H
    Since my early years more than 20 years ago after high school I started this email address. I eep up with old friends and new ones that I obtained in college. I still have them in my contact lists hear yet I unfortunately have lost all of my emails and they have no idea how to recover therm.
    I have a new phone number but my Gmail is still the same and my other Yahoo Account from college I really need support in this matter…

    My westglassjb@yahoo.com account shows my late husband James Westlake like the originator of the account. He passed away 11 years ago.
    The account was opened more than 20 years ago and it is known by all my contacts. My name is Elizabeth Glass. Is it possible to keep it with my name only. If a dead certificate is necessary please let me know
