Broken features in new interface
- Clicking the blue "unread" marker no longer marks message as read
- Shift+K no longer marks selected messages as read
- Message load times have skyrocketed (4x on average)
Please stop trying to be Google. If I wanted Google I'd go to Google.

REMOVE THE TAB THAT IS SLOWING EVERYTHING DOWN
THE NEW YAHOO WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE.
I WENT BACK TO THE OLD YAHOO AND EVERYTIME I TRY TO ACCESS MAIL, MY PC SLOWS DOWN TO A CRAWL. MY SYSTEM TELLS ME THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO FIX A TAB THAT IS SLOWING EVERYTHING DOWN.
IN ONE WEEK, I WILL ABANDON MY YAHOO ACCOUNT ALTOGETHER. FIX THE TAB. IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE.167th ranked -

J'ai mon compte depuis de nombreuses années sur Yahoo. Par contre, avec vos modifications, sur votre appli, il est devenu impossible de "faire du ménage" et supprimer toute une liste de mails qui polluent nos boites C'EST SUPER EMBETANT

Yahoo needs to be more aware of what AI is doing wrong
For more than 3 days I have to leave Yahoo and go find my phone. I seldom use a cell phone. I this idea of security is a joke. I believe I am better at keeping my computer secure than Yahoo ever has. Two days ago I could not read what I need to read because Yahoo was continually interrupting with suggestions or me to view. This tells me that either AI is in control of Yahoo or Yahoo is having trouble getting users like myself to use sites that Yahoo is trying to force the users to open.

Yahoo security
Everything I read says Yahoo has had problems with security. If I want to want to automatically log out when I close Yahoo, that should be a option. It is not secure to walk away from my computer if anyone could open my email. I am sick of trying to read something online and Yahoo keeps interrupting with suggestions for me to view. I do not use a cell phone often and for 3 days now I have had to go looking for my cell phone before Yahoo will allow me to login

"Starred" folder is now missing
There was always a "starred" option in the menu that auto-populates, but it's now missing. I switched bask to Basic due to frustration with missing functions in the other option. Please help. Thank you!

Bring back the Classic classic email!!!
I just got into my email this morning and classic email has now changed! I can only see about 20 emails at a time. What the **** is that? I tried to have customer service help but they said they couldn't. I will not use the new email as it sucks. Well, now this new version of classic sucks, too! We have been Yahoo customers for over 25 years. If you do not switch back to the way classic was last week, we will be moving on. I will not use it like this. I am paying for a service…

instantly filter to see all messages from a sender
We used to be able to instantly filter the inbox to show all emails from a sender. Please bring that back. I used it all the time. It's so much more convenient than having to use the search box.

Allow me to have 2 accounts signed into during the same session
Not sure what changed, but I used to be able to have two Yahoo mail accounts (which I use for different type of activities) active at the same time. This is no longer the case on my desktop or laptop (nothing changed on my phone) and it is highly annoying. Please fix it.

To select emails in a range
This option is gone.....You can also use the Shift + Down Arrow combination to select messages sequentially after selecting an initial message.

You removed "select all unread" I hate most of the new "features" but this is the worst. Also, not refreshing automatically.

Bring back the 'Images' option that allowed you to view all images sent/received
We used to be able to see all the images in one location by selecting an "images" option. I found that feature to be unique to Yahoo and that is one of the ONLY reasons I maintained my Yahoo email this long. I would like that back, cause to be honest, the usability has degraded and the fact that having a Yahoo account is seen as outdated as it is, but if the ability to view all the images is gone, I will just start using a more modern server like Gmail.
