  3. Please avoid forcing clients to disable cyber protections

    As a client of YAHOO for more than 25 years I am deeply disappointed from the recent difficulties to sign-in from some devices. YAHOO systems demands to remove AD and other protections and it may expose the computer / phone to cyber attack. Please avoid this demand or explain how to remove these protections without exposing to cyber danger.

  4. BLOCK SPAM/SCAM EMAILS!

    Why did YAHOO stop letting users Block SPAM/SCAM EMAILS?!? You are not Blocking them at all, as We the User put them in our SPAM FOLDER!

    WHY NOT SUPPORT YOUR USERS? If you don't, then you will lose MILLIONS of accounts!

    I have to verify EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is stupid and only happened recently. I am using Yahoo less and less because of this moronic inconvenience. Stop it and just let me sign in

  9. NEED algorithm stopping spam like this

    PLEASE write an algorithm to stop '****' like this from getting through the system. I should not have to deal with this daily to mark as 'spam' when it is OBVIOUS.

  10. One click switch between accounts

    I have more than one Yahoo mail account, for different purposes. I used to be able to click on the user icon and change between accounts. Now I have to go to the home Yahoo page, click the icon, choose the account, login again, explain again that I don't want biometrics or two factor authentication, and choose to view email, and close the tab with the home page on it. And often you make me verify my recovery information. It has been the same for years. It will continue to be the same. This is not useful, it is annoying…

  11. Cannot control Enhanced Contacts

    Hello,

    I am using Yahoo Mail Basic (and have no desire to switch to a newer version), and I have noticed that the people I correspond with are automatically being added to my contacts without any action on my side. According to the Help pages, I should be able to disable this feature by disabling Enhanced Contacts, but there is no control setting for Enhanced Contacts on the Contacts page that I am able to access.

  13. It is horrible to have to sign in in another account to get a code to sign in in yahoo mail

    It is horrible to have to sign in in another account to get a code to sign in in yahoo mail! It is annoying and completely useless if a password is give. This is done in order to steal more information from the users to bombard later with ads. IT IS NOT A SECURITY FEATURE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MORE SECURITY THAN A PASSWORD!

  15. Fix the delivery of Mail

    One of the folks who send me E-mail (ereader news) I keep finding it in the trash can not the inbox

    IT's in my contact list Should be going to INBOX

    I also find NYT cooking in the trash.

    I do not want to go to the latest version of Yahoo mail it's not an improvement over the tried and true basic.

  18. EITHER different COLORS for the "Favorite Stars" or perhaps NUMBERS

    Dear To Whom It May Concern,

    I want to ORGANIZE my folders, emails, etc, from say most wanted, needed to keep to those I would like to keep but not as much as those most wanted to keep...also, this ADDING the COLOR SELECTION to the stars would and could help others organize their email by category and so on. ---Just a thought

  19. The directions for viewing Base Storage used do not work. In Settings Nor in any other check

    I happen to like your base setting desktop e-mail better than the full featured version, except that the directions for finding my storage used is wrong and I have to use my Android App to do so. This should be a basic function if this account is to remain free. What gives?
