Some errors/bugs?
Yesterday three times I checked my mail and the new mail icon was blue, but when I clicked on it there were no new emails. I've never had that happen before. Also, (and reaching a ways back here) I noticed back in 2023 some login dates from 2022 were wrong. They were the right location but the wrong time that I was there, specifically the ones that say Rockbridge Baths May 17, 2022, should be May 7th. Yahoo mail STINKS
Ever since you've started "improving" Yahoo mal - IT SUCKS THE BIG ONE and keeps causing my internet to crash. Don't tell me it's something else. I have fiber optic and it ONLY happens when I'm in Yahoo mail. Why would I want to "Try the NEW' mail when the one you have stinks.

your new email layout and the iability to switch accounts makes us wanting to leave yahoo for ever, these new features that we don't need make it sucks and not necessary

Reverting back to 'old' yahoo mail breaks stuff.
I tired the new yahoo mail, and didn't like it. Switched back to 'old mail', and the second account I had configured is gone, and as it is also a yahoo address, I am unable to add it back, as I get only three options... none of which, is yahoo.

Keep Basic!
I have 2 Yahoo email accounts. One has been switched to the 'New" mail. With that one, every day I find features I do not care for and have yet to find a single feature that is desireable. My other email is still at Basic, but I'm getting wrnings that it will be switched to "New" without my permission, desire or liking. And no option is given to switch back to Basic, as Yahoo had done in the past. Please do not switch my Basic! I prefer the fast loading easy to read amd pop-up bubble free style of Basic.

Appearance changes are FORCED?
The current "Old" format is very efficient to my needs. If you are introducing changes to the {APPEARANCE} why can't you include a "rollback" for existing customers who don't or may not want the change ?

Send information
Change back the send detail to show who the email was actually sent to instead of everything showing it is from "me" - this is not helpful at all. Who thought this was a good idea? Or is this a cost cutting measure? Either way, bring back the send detail that show who you sent it to. I should not have to click into every email to see this.

I DO NOT want two-step verification to check my email.
Every weekend for the past several months, I have had to get a special code to login to my email account. Each time after receiving and entering the code I am asked to sign up for two-step verification. I DO NOT WANT TWO-STEP VERIFICATION. Please tell me how I can avoid this hassle.

Import contacts
Enable bulk contact import in basic Yahoo email. I could not find any way to do it and Help only addressed single contacts

Give people the option to go back to the version they used prior to this version!
The version that is currently using, because your company decided to automatically update my old version is way to complicated and old features where taken away. This is way to much like gmail and I hate gmail and was using yahoo because gmail sucks. Maybe I will just have to have no email at all if yahoo wants to copy gmail!

email compatability
I cannot access my email account while using Firefox. Only Chrome will work. Also, allow a phone call selection to receive my six digit security code for two step verification. The option was eliminated a year ago by Yahoo.

Go back to original
I hate you can no longer BOLD parts of your message; that you can now only see one page of messages at time instead of a continual scroll down; that you can no longer have an easy way to block someone; that you can no longer use the 'click shift' option to highlight multiple messages for the same action (now you have to either select ALL or do ONE at a time, which is MUCH more time consuming).
