    Put my email back the way it was. It worked fine and I liked it the way it was. I do not want it changed.

    The New Yahoo Mail Basic is functional but impersonal and I prefer the old one to the new one any day. I also LOVED the stationary option we had on the old version. The warmth, the settings you could personalise etc. was what made the difference between Yahoo and all other Mail programs for me. Please give us the opportunity to decide hereon or I am I afraid you are going to loose a lot of users.

    I want my old email back. Put it back the way it was and then leave it alone.

    This version is horrible!! I want the old back. It changed for a couple days a few weeks ago and I was so sad/mad. Then it went back to the old way and I was elated...and now, this!!!

    The new version is very hard to use. My taglines do not work. When you click on an e-mail and delete it, you go all the way back out to inbox instead of automatically to the next one. It's very cumbersome. The design is certainly not visually appealing either. It's awful!!

    Please bring back classic mail!!

    Was it three weeks ago, now, that my email was changed to Basic, and I wrote. Just as suddenly, it was changed back to Classic, and I was so grateful to have this format again. Today, it is back to Basic. Had my account not been switched to Classic, there was legislatively-related email that I could not possibly have composed, (with correct references), with the Basic format.

    It is not a matter of being uncomfortable with the new Basic; it is that is reduces the quality of the emails composed. Even response email does not allow for including only the most recent reply; the entirety of exchanges must appear. The color difference also effects my ability to read and review emails, as the light, bright contrast is difficult.

    With Classic, I was still receiving all Ads. That was fine. I asked, last go-round, if paying for Classic would make a difference, but doubted it would. I only use a PC, and have no other current devices. Classic email, without exaggeration, directly effects my day-to-day quality of life.

    Like everyone else, I hate the newer version. Why alter it? Doesn't make sense when the consumers don't want it, or need it.

    This is just awful, how are you suppose to PRINT emails? you took that feature away.

    When I logged onto my Yahoo! accounts (the ones that I PAID FOR!) I was switched to the new Yahoo Mail Basic with LESS functionality. Why would I want that?! In fact I didn't, which is why I was happy staying with the previous platform.

    Bring back the old email! I want all my emails listed, not just the newest ones. This is not user friendly. I am too rigid to adapt to the new version.Time to move on to another provider if you do not go back to the classic version.

    Why have you changed the email look. Classic mail was fine and very user friendly. This new version is awful and very user un-friendly. Now I can't adapt my emails by accessing font size options and italics for example. The general look of it is much worse as well.
    Why? If it aint broke, don't fix it!

    not very nice to surprise users with a mail format no one approved............absolutely dislike your new format................return me to "old" mail format please

    I want classic or I am getting rid of yahoo. When you check one email it wont advance to the next. I hate it
