    If I reset my view to the old classic it is because I prefer it that way to the new, more claustrophobic feeling option. forcing me to do this each time I turn on the PC instead of keeping it as my default is not engendering any love for Yahoo mail.

    I am already winding down my use fo Yahoo mail, using my alternative address for any new sights or services I use. It is only because I am quite lazy and worry about missing something that I haven't begun changing the address I use in pe existing sites and services over but I am increasingly thinking it is time.

    I didn't ask nor want to be updated. Had I wanted to, I would have done it myself. I'm perfectly capable of doing that. So please stop trying to fix something that WAS already perfect. The new format in a word stinks! Hence, the old adage: "If it's not broken, don't fix it". So please change me back. And while you're at it, please fire the numbskull who conjures up these alleged "improvements", as well as the one who approves their implementation. Thank you.

    The new email is terrible, it doesn't show if you have spam email, the colors are terrible, the controls are not located in easy to use locations. I have to change to Classic Email from the horrible new classic email. What morons thought this was an improvement?

    Deseo como usuario que se respete mi libertad, mis gustos y preferencias. Que al cambiar a la versión anterior del correo clasico quede como predeterminada y que si es mi voluntad elijir la nueva versión, pueda hacerlo. Pero obligarme a usar una versión no elegida vulnera mi libertad de elección. Gracias

    Stop forcing us to change back every time we log on. The new interface is buggy, it has less space for the relevant parts (bad distribution of space), and it's an eyesore. The old one works great. I actually started changing everything back to Yahoo Mail last year because Gmail made some bad changes to their UI. I guess I'm gonna have to start using Outlook or something...

    The app/web service is to present, display, originate, and manage email under user direction.
    The newer web interfaces do too much and little I found useful... if I want to categorize my emails... I will do it (better than your bot), If I want to move them, I can do it (using filters or manually) better than your bot, If I want a UI that is light and bogs my system, I can go to the new UI.
    I say this from a 6core-12 thread system with 64GB RAM and a high end GPU... yet your site bogs the system more than is needed to present, display, manage, and originate email.

    Basically, stop making the web ap do more than its purpose or, let us choose which feature we TURN ON (not turn off - make them OFF by default).

    You changed the basic to look almost like the "new" and I hate it!!! People prefer the original classic for a reason and you're tying to force the new one on us by stripping down the basic. Until the other day I could type two letter of the previous subject line and get a dropdown allowing me to choose the same subject. Now, I have to type every word of the subject again and again. This is ridiculous and it's costing me a lot of time!!!
