    This new format really sucks. Change for the sake of change is NOT GOOD. Also, your mail MUST work with ALL browsers. Forcing a user to use specific products is prejudicial. I use specific products for specific reasons. The more you change the less I use. And figures I'm logged in to write this comment and you don't recgonize that I am logged in.

    instead of changing our mail to suit you, how about letting US (your users and customers) choose the way WE want it? ok, show us the new but don't make YOUR choice default. For the most part, many of us are able to make up our own minds, give us a choice. I WANT MY OLD MAIL LOOK BACK! OR!!!! make the new one that we can customize the way we like it (like back to the way we had it) but still work on the new base of the mail you want us to use. then both can be happy. just a thought from an end user and customer....

    AMEN to those who want back what was stolen from us..this new format SUCKS!!
    Give us back what we had...simple solution...we go to another provider...you pooped...now clean up after yourself...you have invented something worse than money!!!

    Here's a great idea. Quit trying to improve what was a good email to begin with. You just ****** it up. I wish I could ***** slap the idiot that thought this was a great idea.

    Hello I do not like a new systems just like this , because I can not see this old letter from my yahoo mail, get back classic mail for me.

    Yahoo got rid of Classic years ago, that's not coming back. When they removed it, they came out with a fancy email and also "Basic." I use basic. But a couple of weeks ago, they changed "Basic" and it's horrible.

    The screen jumps to another location on the email when you're typing, the font is way to small, and they removed the arrows that were added in a Fwd. email (I did that because I commented WITHIN email text and the arrows made it easier to differentiate between new and old text).

    They are not listening to us here. But there is one way to make your voice heard. Either use yahoo email less or not at all.

    Unbelievable. You guys actually spent years working on the new Basic GUI, and it's still full of bugs when opening e-mails. The whole e-mail shrinks to the side (or does the menu grow?), making the whole thing unreadable. Classic was actually better at opening e-mails. You should have just left Classic as it was, and eliminated Basic.

    The previous version was MUCH better. Now, when forwarding to my new email account, this ****** version automatically switches to the 'Sent' folder rather than continuing where I left off in my contact folder. Horribly ANNOYING. My new email account is FAR better and Yahoo can't hold a candle to it. Also, every time I open Yahoo to move my mails, I get MIGRAINES from looking at the screen for 10 ~ 15 seconds.

    SAy What? I went to settings, to revert BACK to CLASSIC Email, and saw that it ain't be there!!, WhatTHeF? Let's us request.....GO BACK to CLassic!

    Please go back to Classic this New basic is Awful and it really sucks bad!!!!! i love my Yahoo email but your new version is horrible!!!!!
