  4. REMOVE THE DUMB STARRED FOLDER.... NOT NEEDED & CREATES DELETING EMAILS IN ERROR!!!!!

    I sent an email to friend of mine that I always save in my saved email folder. However, due to your DUMB STARRED FOLDER, it somehow got deleted so I now do not have it saved like I always do with my emails until I get replies from my recipients. I clicked on the stars in error so it went into the starred folder and when I found it there, I clicked on move and moved it to my saved folder. However, when I deleted the starred folder file, it deleted the saved email also. DUH! DUH! DUH! I HAVE…

  9. what is causing you to think that we need pics we have attached to an email to set up into an archive folder!!!!!!!!!!!

    WHEN I ATTACH PICS TO AN EMAIL AND THEN GO INTO THEM AFTER THEY ARE SENT TO SEE WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE, YOUR DUMB YAHOO SET UP CREATES AN ARCHIVE FOLDER THAT NOW GOES INTO MY DOWNLOAD FILE. I THEN HAVE TO GO IN AND DELETE FROM THE DOWNLOAD FILE SINCE I HAVE NO NEED FOR IT TO BE THERE.   10. How to close attachment preview before sending out the message?

    I would truly appreciate if you could prompt me how to close the preview of the attachment in the new format before sending out the message. Apparently there is no easily accessible way to do it.

    I am absolutely fed up with all the problems this new format renders. It must have been designed by people who do not use the computer for any other purposes than programming and who do not actually know why users need certain functionalities and which of them are essential.

    Also, why is my name replaced with the childish "me"? Some years ago users already…

  12. New Yahoo closes emails while I'm in the middle of reading them.

    I never had any problems with the old Yahoo mail; new version closes emails while I'm still reading them. They then disappear from the tabbed emails so I have to go looking for them again. Sometimes, they've just plain disappeared and cannot be found.

    I strongly suggest Yahoo fix these many problems they have created with their new mail format.

  13. Ability to adjust how aggressive the filter is on spam

    The spam filter is too aggressive. Most of my email goes into the spam folder. Even after i have marked a previous message from the same sender as "not spam" new emails still seem to go there. This is not an optimal experience. There should be some ability to set the filter settings as more or less aggressive.

  14. get rid of all the room you give the stinking ads. I don't buy any of it. It's all junk!!!

    You can get rid of all the space you give all the stinking ads so I can read my email! I'm confident when I say none of us buy any of it. Most of it is insurance ads and they are a scam. It's either scams or junk. What happened to having the integrity to protect your loyal users instead of gauging our space and time for money on ads you know are, for the most part, illegal?

  19. first off I would like my old email back....with this new email of yours, there is no way to put anything into a File....

    your new email system is a bunch of DOG DUNG, why did you change it to the new email , someone was trying to justifies there job ...fire them.....I now delete all emails even from YOUR advertisers
