If you scroll to the top of an email before you close it, then the next email will open at the top. If you close the email at the bottom, the next email will open at the bottom or somewhere in the middle. I'm not sure how the programming works, but they need to fix it so each email resets at the top regardless of where the last email was closed.

why is the the #2 ranked item and Yahoo has not addressed it? I'm pretty sure its an easy fix and probably introduced with a recent code drop. Maybe Yahoo developers don't use Yahoo Mail because if they did it would be fixed in an hour!

Same here. Very annoying. Support is nowhere to be found. Or heard from. Your users should be treated better.

Why did they have to break something that was working well? I wish they'd go back to opening the emails at the top of the page.

So here. The same problem appears in all my browsers,. I 've cleared cookies, cache, I' ve reinstalled one of my browsers, no light at all. I think, it is a page code error and there would be a solution with developments' tool

And me too, started a day or so ago. Wherever I leave off in a email (top/bottom), the next email opens at that spot, be it top, middle or bottom,

Same here. I switched to basic mail and the problem went away. I switched back to the new mail, and problem reappeared. This started yesterday 10/23/2019. Very annoying.

Same here - started very recently. No one will care.
Second note - even though I am signed into Yahoo to read my email (you can't get to the feedback clicker if not signed in) th comment asks you to sign in and when I tried, it made me anonymous........cotty818

it seems this just started recently, I have changed no settings, and I see no settings that will fix this. Its really making usability difficult when my next email opens in the middle instead of the top.Really annoying.
