  1. Stop asking me if I want to upgrade. I DON'T. Why do I have to say so EVERY TIME?

    Every single time I log in in asks me if I want to upgrade. Basic mail is okay by me, so the answer is no, and was no the first dozen times you asked, and it will always be NO.

  2. My email was forward to a different email with out my knowledge why? How can I stop my email from being forward?

    Stop allowing other people from forwarding other peoples email and have proper instruction on how to prevent it from happening.

  8. Unexpected changes to Yahoo Mail

    At noon today my formatting changed completely. I no longer have access to different fonts, font sizes, italics, bold, adding colors to font, etc. Make this change go away immediately! If it doesn't change soon, I will have to leave yahoo, which I've used for years.

  9. I use to have quite a few emails. Now I have less than a 1/3. I see no instructions to import from other accounts.

    As in the statement above, I also can not do it in any program that should help me. ex. calendar, Also with all the categories listed, I can do very little.

    I am not turning off my ad blocker. It's on for a reason. All of the ridiculous ads and popups make it hard for pages to load. I would happily go back to basic mail, EXCEPT THAT YOU WON'T LET ME DO THAT EITHER!! Every stinkin time I try to read an email, you block me. Maybe I should just abandon yahoo mail.

  14. I HATE the new update. Every morning I go to my email and sort by sender alpha then start reviewing opening deleting. NOW every time I do

    I HATE the new update to my email. Every morning I do a search by alpha and clean it up. NOW I have to enter sort by alpha every time I open something. Can I get my old email back??? This is soooo frustrating. Once we select view by sender we should be able to do our work and not have to enter every time!

  15. Your forcing us to pay or have ads is criminal! How do you justify us PAYING for email? And having us keep getting bounced back you suck!

    You suck. Making us use that old format because we won't PAY for email or accept being harassed by ads is a crime. You have to be the worst provider I've ever dealt with. Absolutely discusting. You should be ashamed.

  16. Basic Mail Errors

    I cannot mark messages as read, unread, move email to folders, etc. in Basic Yahoo Mail. I want this issue fixed. I have my own ad blocker, so I will not be paying for Yahoo ad blocker.
