  2. Not getting calendar e-mail reminders

    I have my calendar set up to send me e-mail reminders for my appointments. Suddenly about 6 months ago the remainders stopped coming. I have all my settings right and I called the helpdesk and never heard back and still no reminders. Then I set a daily agenda to be sent to me by e-mail and that has stopped coming as well. Not sure why this happened - I've had yahoo mail for 20+ years and it was working fine.

  5. Email Filters Absolutely DO NOT Work

    No Yahoo Email Filter works. None. For a paid Pro version that's pathetic. As is the fact that the Spam filters don't work.

    Stabilize internet connection. Time and again Yahoo Mail becomes unresponsive and a small window flashes up on the screen indicating "No Internet Connection". My internet connections is fine based on several other tabs that update immediately when requested. Both MS Edge and Firefox experience this issue at the same time.

  7. I cannot stand looking at the extra line on top - please eliminate it!

    The new line at the to is horrible. Please give us the option to go back to Yahoo Mail the way it used to be.

    I don't want to see this on the top of the email.

  8. Flat Rate Yearly Plan

    I have been a Yahoo mail subscriber since its inception...many years. I have always enjoyed having a flat rate yearly plan on Yahoo Mail. Now, there is no longer that perk being offered. What about us seniors on a limited budget? Please bring back a flat rate yearly plan. Is it time for me to look elsewhere? As much as I dislike leaving an email I have had since the beginning, I'm thinking I might have to.

  9. address book stinks!

    The address book is a piece of garbage!

    a) we can't go to a contact and see what lists its in
    b) lists aren't alphabetized. That's insane. It's basic.

    c) half of the time when I get an email from a new customer an touch the "add this to contacts," I get "adding contact failed". Grrrrrrrr. Try it again, same thing.

  10. Lists alphabetized

    I use my Yahoo email as my business email. I probably spend at least 2 hours on the site every day.

    I have 177 folders. I just counted.

    AND THEY AREN'T in alphabetical order. So when I'm looking or a folder, I have to open the folder drop down, press control F, then type in the folder I want. Yes, I'm serious. And this process often takes a while b/c folders are titled AT&T2005, AT&T2006, AT&T2007, etc.

    Of course, Yahoo knows this b/c we've been complaining about it ever since the new/improved Yahoo was forced upon us and this feature…

  11. Provide the ability to include a mailto: address in the body of an email

    I am on a committee and while creating correspondence, I would like to include a mailto:address link so that all members of the committee will see the response.

  12. Sent email incorrectly flagged as spam

    My email to people with whom I've been emailing back and forth for years are bouncing back marked as "high probability of spam." It's ridiculous. I'm in their address book, they white listed me, but I can't send them an email, only answer to their to the same address.

    If I send the same email from a different yahoo address or to a different address it goes through fine.

    Meanwhile emails from clients who are in my address book keep ending up in the spam folder.

    And there is no customer service to talk to.

  14. What has happened to email filters? My filters quit working about a week ago.

    I have deleted all filters and re-created a few to see if that helped. It did not. The filtering feature of Yahoo mail sets it apart from others including gmail and outlook. Without it, no advantage.

  15. Tagging email with different color stars

    When I want to tag an email, I only have yellow stars and it would be very useful to be able to have different colors for different meanings for me.

  16. Fix your email blocker....sick of it..... When I block it, than should mean that I never get it again..

    Fix it to where you can block who the email came from { Window Defender, Yahoo, ect } I am tired of getting emails from people, and when I block that address, they just change it and keep sending. Everyday I have the email from window defender, it is a scam I have reported it, I have blocked over thirty email's from them, they just make a few changes, and keep sending.. Not just them, there are several that do this.. Fix it to where I can block " Just for fun " that way no matter what their email…

    I been a Yahoo user with same email for over twenty years.I pay for Yahoo Plus not going to be censored by your bots if I am not cursing and political you should have no input. Time to quit this email and find people like me to end you.

  19. Sort by "Sender" should be by Sender's email address@domain (Not by the Name)

    There are too few Sort options.

    1 - Sort by Sender SHOULD BE BY SENDER'S EMAIL (NOT NAME)

    2 - Reverse Sort (Ascending or Descending) SHOULD BE A CHOICE

  20. $5/month? which is $60/year. A 70% increase???

    ARE YOU SERIOUS???

    So the approximately $34.99 a year I've been paying isn't enough. Now you want $60/year. My goodness. So you're trying to run away so many customers until you just have to say, "We're done. we're stopping email altogether." You guys are enraging.
