Emails disappearing from inbox
I received a couple of emails from a sender, I was able to read the email using browsers (Yahoo! Mail Web) both on Safari and Mac. Then the email suddenly disappeared. I asked the sender to send the email again, I was able to read it and then it suddenly disappeared again. After calling Yahoo! Mail Pro support, they were able to recover lost email (agent wasn't able to explain what does that mean), I was able to read the email again and after few seconds the email disappeared from my inbox.

Fix the size parameter in the Default Rich Text Font setting
Fix the "Default Rich-Text Font" setting in "Writing Emails" so that the size actually works. No matter what I select, when I start writing my email it is "Tiny". I've been on with the Support Team by Chat and (after being disconnected multiple times) they seem like they can't quite understand what the problem is. I want the size to be either Small or Medium, not Tiny. Why doesn't it work?

Having an actual Help
Your system does not actually have anything resembling help.
Since your last update my Yahoo Mail font has been changed making it almost impossible to read and there appears to be no way to change it. Your help system apparently exists to ensue no possible way to actually submit a help question since all items are preset with no deviation available. I just had to sign in, again, and I saw an ad for Lending Tree. Why am I seeing ads when I'm paying for an ad-free experience?
Stop showing ads for those who have paid for an ad-free experience. Do you want me to just use the FREE mail feature on my MacBook? I've just about had it with Yahoo Mail.

"Related Contacts" is dangerous and there needs to be an option to disable it
"Related Contacts" continues to be a foolish and incredibly dangerous feature. I have twice sent emails to people I did not want to receive the mail because they were suggested as "Related Contacts" and I clicked them by mistake when trying to make your annoying window go away. I do not ever ever EVER want this feature and there needs to be an option to turn it off permanently, not per email.

Allow photos in the signature again!
Gmail and outlook can both add logos and photos to their signatures. I'm paying for yahoo pro and can't even do it!

Provide option to hide the top menu bar ("HOME MAIL NEWS ...") and option to reduce the vertical height of the search box.
Too much screen is devoted to the top menu bar ("HOME MAIL NEWS ...") and the search text box. I want to hide the top menu bar and reduce the search box height by 50% or more.

SEARCHING email FOLDERS
Yahoo Mail needs to have a way to SEARCH for FOLDERS. I use many folders to save my emails and often have trouble finding the right folder.

Fix your email blocker....sick of it..... When I block it, than should mean that I never get it again..
Fix it to where you can block who the email came from { Window Defender, Yahoo, ect } I am tired of getting emails from people, and when I block that address, they just change it and keep sending. Everyday I have the email from window defender, it is a scam I have reported it, I have blocked over thirty email's from them, they just make a few changes, and keep sending.. Not just them, there are several that do this.. Fix it to where I can block " Just for fun " that way no matter what their email…

Changing one's base name disposable email address
I have been a paid Yahoo mail user for years. I find it highly restrictive and impractical that I do not have the liberty to change the base name of my disposable email address. My base name was set up some time ago for a specific purpose, but now my situation has changed and I would like to have a base name that will suit my current work and personal scenario. Please provide instructions on how can I do so. Thanks.

Allow blocking of Sapm by certain words in the subject, e,g,, McAfee, Fidelity Life, Viagra

Domain blocking click box
I want a click box to simply block spamming domains. Present copy and paste, open this, close that, etc. is not user-friendly. Also, move the delete click-box closer to the inbox and similar so that I am not moving my mouse all over the screen to delete the 100 spam sent to me by Yahoo every day. Yahoo needs to block the criminals so that Yahoo customers do not have to block them.

Allow searching Spam folder
On any given day I get 50-100 emails that are auto-moved to the Spam folder. I don't mind that so much, but sometimes I'm waiting for important emails and need to be able to SEARCH that folder, as digging through hundreds of emails is not acceptable.
