  1. The option to simply change a password (since SEVERAL password compromises have happened with Yahoo!) should be an immediate option!!!

    I don't necessarily want to do the 2-Step Process, but I would like to change my password. One of my credit cards alerts me when anything has been "compromised" and it has ALWAYS been Yahoo!!! The next step will be to get rid of this account - and not look back.

  2. Stop changing the display language. I'm sick of finding the page in spanish when I set it to English.

  3. Why does Yahoo mail ALWAYS use my last 3 passwords to log in?

    Why does Yahoo mail ALWAYS use my last 3 passwords to log in? It does NOT matter which order I use them, but I must use all 3 to log in!! AND my alternate email!! It even did this on my BRAND NEW computer!! This has been going on for over a year. How can I remedy this problem?

  5. More Flexible Data Editing

    Yahoo doesn't let me change any of my data, nor let me remove connected devices. You send my password verification to something called Daniel's iPhone but it never arrives. I need to go in and select my iPhone number manually.

    I'd like to use Yahoo as a main email, but its simply to inflexible.

  6. Stop spam.

    Yahoo mail should be able to easily recognize spam, as I do. It's not that difficult when it comes from a sender with more than 15, 20, 30, ...characters from domains they won't let you block. Yahoo is endangering the security of my information on my phone and they don't seem to be concerned. Eventually the government will have to get involved. My email is used for personal and business reasons, not some scammer and spammer from all of the world, especially the UK. Stop this easily recognizable SPAM!

  8. Customer Service should be available 25/7 and not just Mon-Fri for limited hours.

    Seriously considering switching to Gmail because Yahoo customer service is not available 24/7. Customer service should offer chat help at any time of the day and every day of the week. No wonder Gmail is getting more popular.

  9. Remove 2nd authentification requirement

    Make it possible for people who don't have a second device, mobile phone or another email account to NOT have to have 2nd authentification.
    Example: person doesn't have computer or mobile or internet at home. They go to the library to check their email. If there is a prompt to put in a code they cannot. There must be many seniors who have the same problem

  11. Why can't the account syncronice?

    Why don't the account syncronice? I can't even use password to access the account. I just noticed that since the 8th the account is no longer in sync with the other e-mail accounts and I haven't done any changes on any of the accounts. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

  14. Recovery Emails

    Yahoo does not allow the removal of recovery email addresses linked to the Yahoo account, why not? What if one of the recovery emails is compromised, allowing the infiltrators to use that account to reset and gain access to my Yahoo account?

    Maybe if all these tech geniuses and giant companies could put a little effort into simple customer communications rather than trying to handle everything through bots and re-directs issues like this would have been thought of at the start of implementing such projects/programs.

  15. I suddenly got bombarded with 90 span emails all of a repeating theme that the Yahoo spam filter ought to have detected. Unacceptable.

    I'm a long-time user of yahoo email. But if the spam filter isn't fixed I will have to move to a competitor.

    Chrome-linex is logged on and cannot be removed I'm not logged into that device I sign out of suspicious devices.

    Account Hi-jacked, email, phone apps, Google account, Yahoo account Account Hi-jacked, email, phone apps, Google account, Yahoo account Duplicate devices log into my accounts/phones/app/digital secure/Norto 360 Kaspersky-accessed by apps with email usernames when i use my emails to sign in.

    Automatically sign in when asking for password just now.

    Could not verify my mobile in Israel. The system sends the code to a number spelled as +972 0** *** ****. This is wrong. Here "0" should be dropped.
