  3. NOTIFICATION

    YAHOO notified me that my yahoo account had been hacked and you provided the dates/times/places and IP numbers of the hackers. (They evidently entered via my yahoo e-mail address and did a lot of damage to my files!) I appreciate your notification. However, I have no idea what to do with those IP addresses and the dates/times/locations where those hackers entered my files. It would be very helpful if you advised the necessary actions I could/should take.

  8. I cannot sign in on the new version of Yahoo Mail app for iOS.

    I am unable to sign in on the new version of the Yahoo Mail app for iOS. I have tried several times but is of no use. I deleted one of my mailboxes accidentally. Is it possible to restore or is that of no use. Please help ASAP. I would be very grateful. Thanks.

  16. You need to hire professional support member on your help center

    Every time I call, I receive "sorry that we can't access your account, please try to log in again"
    No solutions are provided and your people act like a bot.
    I am afraid that I will lose my account which has been there for more that 24 years

  17. No matter what I comment, Yahoo is now rejecting it for violating community guidelines?

    I literally wrote "Hi, everyone!" in comments and even THAT was rejected for violating community guidelines. This is after I tried posting ANYTHING at all, positive, informative, mild commentary, everything I try to add is rejected. WHY?

    Living people in support FROM Yahoo, instead odf a forum based "MAYBE it'll work" mail room would be MOST beneficial.
    I just lost an e mail due to a Javascript failure , and can get NO help recovering it...
