  3. cannot delete old recovery emails

    Seems, this problem is known at least since 2021 and yahoo is doing nothing about it. Problem is that I cannot delete the old recovery emails (at service that I don't have access to). Message I see:

    I have 2 way verification when i log to my email.

    I tried to disable but it turning itself ON from Security>VERIFICATION METHODS>Device Notifications>Manage device notifications

    I don't have IPHONE 14, maybe someone is hacking me? I saw my recent activity and an iPhone 14 logged to my email.

  8. 2-step verification is not working on Intel-based Macs in Chrome or Safari

    I have been using 2-step verification to protect my account for a while now but recently it stopped working altogether when attempting to login using either Chrome or Safari on an Intel-based Mac (there is no app for Intel-based Macs, which is a problem in itself).     Trying to print a document , Yahoo email sent a security code to a hacker. A phine ending in 29. Mine does not. Hackers in Yahoo email. Have stolen my shipping information. Sent messages pretending to be usps. Stating the package is undeliverable.In order to steal packages from my porch. Stop hacking. Why can't you?

    I have repeatedly tried to get ahold of yahoo support staff to regain access to my primary yahoo account

    Had to remove account, because outgoing server did not work any longer. Then I lost all Yahoo Mail in my Mac Mail Client on all my computers. Then I tried to reinstall YAHOO and I tried this on new systems as well, it always comes up with the account error occurred. Google account work, no problem. Yahoo is like pulling teeth.   20. Let our customers change the recovery phone number sor email address without calling and paying your customer care that's an easy task to do

    Let somebody change the recovery email or phone number you should not have to do that through the customer care and pay for it it can be verified very simply on their new phone number so I don't know why it's being charged this is unbelievable some people like me can't afford to pay customer care in my resume is on there and I'm trying to find a job and got laid off of my other one but you want to charge me to get into my Yahoo it's unbelievable and it's disgraceful
