  1. Unwanted change of language

    My account is set up for English but every time I travel to Puerto Rico it's change to Spanish and I don't find how to change it back to English. The worst thing is that doesn't show local News, and the News that shows are from another countries and nothing interesting.

  6. Improve the SPAM filter

    I have been using Yahoo mail almost from the creation of Yahoo. Never have I experienced a continuous inundation of SPAM as I am currently. And to have a message pop up as I mark the item as SPAM "inviting" me to spend for Yahoo+ to get better SPAM blocking makes me think that Yahoo is intentionally not blocking the SPAM as to push me to pay for something that should be provided anyway.     This is ridiculous. YAHOO is blocking ALL of my posts regardless of how benign they are and telling me that language might be offensive? What language? The English language? This is BS!   17. Need way to get access to replies to our comments

    We need get access to articles and comments that we posted and to their replies. Currently there is no way to do it (I swear I thought if you click on the comment, it would transport you to the article and comment, but it is not working now). This kills the conversations which is the whole point of comments. Please enhance or fix it.

    Customer service complaint in regards to a horrible experience with Mike Operator ID#: 14205067 on a recorded call on 3/5/2023 at 10:28PM. Horrible customer service, refused to place me on hold and connect me with a supervisor to address my concerns regarding his service. He has poor listening skills and just sounded like a broken recorded reading a script and then hung up on me at 10:50pm. Check history as I will seek this matter further. This is unacceptable and he has violated the CA telephone act on this recorded call.
