    I love using your portfolio!
    Something that would make it easier to see where I'm at - Add avg cost to quotes shown on main portfolio page for a super quick view. Could even be just a preference or option that only some users select.

  2. Lost Ability to Enter Custom Tickers

    With the latest update we no longer can add custom ticker symbols, it only allows search for valid symbols. We used to be able to add a custom ticker by preceding the value with $$, that no longer works in the Add Holdings.

    In addition, when we click Add a Transaction, why is the initial action option Buy? We have like 3 different ways before we get there to add a buy. It would make more sense to either start with a Sell as there's no other place to do that or to allow us to set our own default.

  4. How can I print my portfolios to comma separated text files?

    Before the changes this week, this was easy. Now, all I can find is the option to print to a PDF file. I want a simple text file that is easy to parse and not cluttered with lots of stuff I don't want.

  5. Restore the ability to add custom ticker symbols to portfolios

    Until this week, I was able to add custom tickers to my portfolios. For options that have not yet entered your system, this has been the only way that I can enter them until they are recognized by Yahoo! I also sometimes add a "dummy" symbol that I used to label a group of tickers. Please restore the capability to add custom ticker symbols!

  6. Values only showing .....

    In header for showing the (Summary or holding data, market value, day change, unrealized G/L, Realized G/L) these fields only show a bunch of dots ..... when viewing on Android phone. Even when I change the site setting to desktop, it still displays a series of ..... instead of values.

    Please fix.

    SafeTrade.com and FrieExchange.com have GridCoin $grc and probably have the price feed available. GridCoin is the GOAT when it comes to DeSci.

  9. Stop making unnecessary changes!

    Once again, unnecessary changes have been made that do not increase functionality and make it even more cumbersome to add short positions and delete positions. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it!

  10. Viewing Portfolio Page and Portfolio Download

    When viewing a portfolio, please load the top of the page (indexes, etc.) at the top, not the portfolio. When viewing the portfolio, I want to see what the overall markets are doing at the same time. Second, and I've referred this bug to Yahoo support a number of times and they have yet to fix it, is for Yahoo to fix the bug that requires me to hit the reload button after a portfolio download before the download option will work again. This is not browser specific as the same thing happens in Edge, Chrome, etc. Yahoo has had…

    Fix the "market" data.
    I want to know where you get the "data" from. Yesterday, oil was at $89.00 today it's at $90.00 and you report it as "DOWN" $0.36. What insane world do you live in? Let me guess, you are trying to get jobs at CNN and PMSNow?

  14. Fix the algorithm

    Why are my posts on Yahoo Finance constantly getting removed?
    I am clearly following the guidelines.
    Is it my user id?

    This is crazy.

    The following is an example of a post removed today.
    It’s becoming clear that both Joby and Archer significantly underestimated and understated the time it would take to get certification, carry paying passengers and sell aircraft.   15. tool for improving financial information

    I use multiple broker/finance platforms (hence Yahoo finance is very useful :) ), but with all of them I feel like I am missing something. On the one hand it would be nice to have a calendar with information about what's coming for the stocks I own or follow and nothing else. On the other hand a periodic overview (daily, weekly, monthly) about news that was published or analist changes, corporate actions, etc... concerning these same stocks but only from press or official sources that I select. And preferably all in one easy-to read overview. And Yahoo finance already offers…

  16. Please don't waste my time with headlines for market days, weeks, and month ago. If I want that I can look at a graph.I look for news!

    It is confusing to see a headline, "DJI up 600 points!" when today or this week it is down. Head lines should be current. I look here for news, not old history.

  17. Add Bitcoin as a currency option in portfolio tracker

    I have a large following on X in the bitcoin community and am followed by several large Bitcoin accounts. It would be great if we could select Bitcoin as a currency in your portfolio tracker. Many of us like to track our portfolios in terms of bitcoin in addition to our local currency. I would promote the addition on X along with the general recommendation of your tracker which is one of the best I’ve found.

  18. The new layout of stock data tabs horizontal is not good

    When you change the layout of the old vertical style of stock data tabs to horizonal layout, some most used tabs by me are on the far right (financials and analysis). Because a horizontal row can only hold a few words before running out of room, several tabs get cut off and crammed into a "More", requiring to have one more click and choose from a dropdown menu, then choose the one I want. It's two more clicks each time.

  19. Deteriorating Message Boards

    Dear Yahoo Finance...

    I have used Yahoo finance for MANY years.

    I have no idea why you can't at least cut down on the spam on the yahoo finance boards. Algorithmic changes that at least kill off repetitive massages or Discord links would help. The boards are being rendered worthless.

    I have been reporting as commercial spam at least 20 a day, figuring that I can chip in to help... BUT ...it feels absolutely worthless.

    Once I go to StockTwits and get settled there, the probability is that I simply won't be back.

    Is there any way we can help…

    This is what now appears on every message board page .. EVERY page is filled with this nonsense page filling **** SPAM ; muting them DOES NOTHING .. reporting them DOES NOTHING .. YAHOO DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT . Message boards are completely RUINED .. YAHOO COULD CARE LESS .
