My completion of the Daily Crossword does not appear to be being saved

After completing the Daily Crossword for a prior date or the current date and clicking either 'Review my results' or 'Submit my score', the puzzle for that day still shows at 0% completion in the list of puzzles by day.

    I'm having the same issue. Certain completed crosswords show up as not started or partially completed the next day.
