my games account with over 2 million coins and at level 115 disappeared and now says I am a new user and must start over.

Since Yahoo Games doesn’t support sign-in accounts, the game uses temporary sessions. This means that if cookies or cache are cleared, the system will treat it like a brand-new player is joining.
That said, we can absolutely help recover the account! We’ll just need the username used in the game and approximately how many coins were in the account. Once we have that, we can issue a recovery code.
