Cannot purchase storage outside the US
My Yahoo Mail account is over the storage limit because the free storage was reduced from 20 GB to 15 GB. I want to purchase additional storage, but the payment page only accepts a United States billing address and does not allow me to enter my address in Romania. Because of this, my mailbox is blocked and I cannot send or receive emails Please enable storage plans for my region or correct my account's regional settings.

When I click Mail, my mail should load
Over the last week, I've had about a 30% success rate in getting my mail inbox to load (I'm on Chrome browser on a Macbook). Most of the time it opens a new tab, the header loads and underneath that is just blank.

Select All checkbox behavior
For the select all messages checkbox, i think it would be nicer if it would uncheck/unselect everything if there is already at least one item checked - similar to gmail's select all checkbox.

Enable a more compressed screen layout with more messages per page.
Enable selection of "starred" directly on the inbox page.
Enable selection of "unread" for deletion by time frame.. -
I want the old Yahoo back
I really hate this new version. For example, it is impossible to copy an email address when I want to use it on another platform. Previously, one could put it as the recipient of an email, click on it, and both the name and the email address could be copied.

Conversation Viewing
When selecting a conversation it would be nice to see the last 2 messages, as opposed to just the last 1. This is especially true when I'm the last to reply in a conversation. I want to be able to easily view the message I've replied to.

Improve Mail Switching & Add Refresh Button
When I switch from one Yahoo Mail account to another, the inbox often shows an error or doesn't load properly. I have to manually refresh the page every time to see my emails. Also, it's not clear how to refresh the inbox because there is no visible Refresh button. Please fix the account switching issue and add a dedicated Refresh button so users can easily reload their inbox without refreshing the entire page.

Trouble with folders
When mousing between folders I often will get a little pop up with the folder's name. I don't think it is necessary, as we can see the name of the folder already. I also quite frequently will get that pop up frozen on my screen for multiple folders, creating visual clutter. I believe the latter is a glitch.

This is not rocket science. The new format is not that friendly when it comes to maintenance like this. -
Send From Username
In order to get to the Settings to change my username, the user has to go to the Mailbox settings to do so. This process is cumbersome and takes far too much time. Please consider having all settings everywhere in one scrollable page.

I don't have an idea, just feedback. My email account migrated from Comcast.net. I find it very difficult to manage and organize my messages by folder structure in the Yahoo email exchange. I save a lot of specific messages and I have a complex folder structure in my account. In Yahoo's email tools, it is very difficult for me to access my folders. The task of browsing to and finding my folders is very cumbersome. The email tool is very touching and "jumps" out frequently, causing me to start all over again. For these reasons, I have chosen to leave…

- Some of the frequently used functions (like Archive, Move, Print, etc.) which used to be horizontally with Delete, etc. have now been moved under 3 dots requiring 2 clicks to move a message between folders. WHY? Whose idea is this?
- There used to be clear separation between Yesterdays's and Today's emails; that separation disappeared. WHY? Looks like you don't have any User Interface guys; only programmers who have nothing else to do other than messing up which is already working fine and everybody got used to. I'm seriously thinking of moving to Gmail if you keep doing this....

I have created two major folders. I would like to move them and their contents to Storage
but I can't figure out how. When I click on the three dots following NOTES I no longer get "Create Subfolder"

Horizontal scroll bar at the bottom missing
For a wide email content, horizontal scroll bar must exist at the bottom. It is very inconvenient to navigate while reading the content without that. By the way, there is no option to attach screenshot of the issue here

Leave the email icon alone!
Moving the mouse over the list of emails, and perhaps more annoyingly it just being left there, highlights a line, which should be more than enough, but also pointlessly replaces the email icon with a useless magnifying glass, except for GitHub notifications. Navigating up and down using the keyboard does the same highlight plus a fairly gauche extra border, but leaves the icon alone, as it should. I often look for a particular green icon, and end up missing one because the mouse pointer happened to be "inadvertently somewhere on screen", very irritating.
