Make it easy to find my address book.
Hi Nick, you can find your Contacts now in the top, right hand corner. Right above the ad. There you will see Starred, Contacts and More. Thanks!!

Cannot access unread email easily
If I was a computer genius, I could maybe figure this out, but most of us are not. All my incoming emails come into unread, not into the Inbox. In order to get to the Unread section, you have to make two keystrokes to get to it. The Unread section is the most important section in the email.

Group mail by sender feature
How about an option to group mails by sender in the inbox just like regular messages. It's neater, easier to find older mails.

Some general feedback which I hope you will consider from a 30yr Yahoo Mail user!
- overall this is the best new iteration in over a decade; HOWEVER 1) the 'send' button is poorly positioned. there should be a 'send' button at the very TOP, in addition to the bottom of an email. Reason being...if it's a long email (or an old one with lots of back/forth) it takes a very long time to scroll to the bottom to send. Poor design, which should never have slipped through QA! 2) there is NOT ENOUGH real estate for message preview! if placed…

New 'move' function unusable (PC - web browser)
In the new interface, the mouse wheel won't make the folder dropdown list scroll so I can't drag'n'drop the email I'm trying to move into the right folder. It's also awkward having to hold the mouse button down while trying to scroll with the mouse wheel. (Web browser: Brave. OS: Windows 11. Mouse: Razer Naga Trinity)

Sorting by subject
I would really LOVE if I could sort my emails by subject. Most of my email's come from the same sender and I dearly need to be able to sort them by subject.
Yes, you can sort by sender in this version as well. You will first need to disable Conversation view. We cannot sort by sender when Conversation view is enabled. Once you disabled it under your Settings, you will see a sorting option as Sort by Sender. Thanks!

Contacts
Why is there not a large and obvious Contacts button??? It's an EMAL app. How is it that something as basic as Contacts in a communication app is hard to find??
Hi Eric, there is a Contacts button in the new design. Looking at your Inbox, in the top right hand side, you'll see (above the ad) Starred, Contacts and More. Hope this helps!

add message count to Spam Folder
In the left column, the "..." button to pull up the special folders, it would be nice to show the # of messages in the Spam folder.

Error in Navigation buttons once in a message
When you open an inbox message the navigation buttons no longer work.

up and down arrows no longer working in my email
Hey Team, For whatever reason, the up and down arrows are not working in my email anymore. This was an issue when Yahoo first changed it's email. It was fixed, but for whatever reason, it's doing it again. I can't us my arrows to navigate my email again. PLEASE HELP!

unread filter is now useless
I'm now stuck in the new UI and the unread folder doesn't have the option to filter out the sent items. I need to find and remove some 50,000 old emails and now I can't reach them because of all the unsubscribe emails you sent on my behalf.

Extra, unnecessary navigation and features being forced
I like the new look, however there are a couple things I dislike. It seems now I need to actually select an email to "Star" it. That wasn't necessary prior. Also, the trash icon will not appear on the email in the left column unless you move your mouse away and return. These new aspects are seriously annoying and would prefer an option for that not to be that way. When changing the look, please don't change folder structures. Every time you give a facelift, I have to take time to put things back the way they were through a…

The delete confirmation pop up partially covers the trash can icon for the next message in the message list. moving the confirmation pop up up a few pixels will resolve that.
