Send Tips In Email or a Guide to Save
Hi Yahoo ~ I was upset and complaining about the NEW Yahoo Mail all day yesterday. I got my flu & covid shot and took a break from trying to figure it out. Late last night I tried again and followed some of your tips above and found my folders, revised the look of my screen and now I actually think I like it better than basic or classic. Maybe (just an idea) send an email with TIPS or a SIMPLE to Read Guide at the scroll bar (or, your chat box which was useless) for people who are complaining…

Make email count for side emails visible.
Please return the ability to see all of your email inboxes on the side WITHOUT having to hover over something. I need to be able to see my email counts on each account without hassle like you used to have it.

Let me rearrange the inbox screen
I suddenly log in today to find that my interface for my inbox has been completely rearranged and I have multiple extraneous things, such as this bizarre box to the right of the actual inbox tat does nothing but sit there with nothing in it. In addition, I had my inbox set to the Old Style because it was comfortable and didn't have anything intrusive going on, and now I've been bombarded with this new thing that looks horrendous and keeps throwing stuff at me like I'm supposed to care about it. opening emails in multiple tabs
Can't open emails in multiple tabs. Don't understand why you changed mail, if it works don't fix it....
Hi there, we didn't fix anything! We simply launched a new design, we were due, the product was due. It was very outdated and we gave me fresh look with how our users use the product today!
You can still use multi-tasking tabs! You will just have to enable it under Settings.
More > Settings > Appearance > Multi-tasking tabs.

Auto-focus folder search field after D to move message
Please auto-focus the folder search field when using D to move a message. And auto-select the folder that best matches the search. This would allow moving/filing most messages without having to use the mouse at all. This worked perfectly in the old Yahoo Mail but doesn't work in the new version. Major loss. Takes much longer to process mail when moving back and forth between keyboard and mouse. I was forced to switch to other mail tools to avoid the huge waste of time. I would switch back to Yahoo if this were fixed.

New Yahoo Mail is sooooo sluggish on responding
Everything is wrong with the new "improved" yahoo mail. You keep making it worse. It's like you want me to shift to gmail as my primary email. There is such a delay now in response time on the actions you take while viewing your mailbox list.

I cannot scroll my inbox in the new mail
There is a scroll bar appearing only once in while. Most of the time it is not there, and I have to use my touch screen to scroll my inbox. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! Also, I do not have the option to return to classic mail. I looked in Yahoo help and I do not have the option "Go back to the old Yahoo Mail". Also, when I try to contact support, I cannot. My only option is to send "feedback" as I am doing now.

Let me use Old Yahoo Mail
This new interface sucks. I paid for more storage, but I can't find stuff that I had stored, can't navigate the emall account, and basically feel like Yahoo Mail is useless. I can't delete the email until I recover important stuff I have stored here, but I can't find it anyway. You've effectively closed me off from the very thing I paid for. HOW ABOUT LETTING ME USE THE E-MAIL I PAID FOR?

Man, this new update is terrible. There is so much wasted space on the page. I don't care about the ads...but, why do you have to remove icons and action buttons that have always been at the top? the space to actually read my emails (THE WHOLE REASON I GO TO MAIL) is so small because the other windows and panels are so big. There is so much white space on the page. If I wanted all of that, I'd go to google...ugh!

Kill Tab to Send
I have had this account for years and have accidentally sent too many emails in the last week because I use the Tab key during email drafting. Why all of a sudden is this happening? What 'upgrade' occurred? How can I have a send delay added to my account so I can recall the half drafted emails that all of a sudden are sending themselves.
Stop tinkering with my email drafting and viewing functions generally.

Give senior citizens a super easy email to use.
Seniors have difficulty navigating and using anything new on their computers. Giving them the OPTION of keeping the classic email would alleviate much anxiety and frustration. Please think of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make Folder list pane RESIZABLE
PLEASE make the pane on the left with all the Folders RESIZABLE! The default is WAY TOO NARROW! I need it WIDER so I can actually READ the folder names without them being cut off!!! This USED to work. Why did you BREAK it?

Calendar Feedback
Bring back the single click icon for Calendar - - using a pull down to get to it is a PAIN!!!!
Also you new front end is VERY slow to respond compared to the old version - - so not an upgrade
