Group by date
Please Please Please - I appreciate that we can use the sorting feature to have the newest at the top or prioirty etc. BUT i still would like the ability to group by date: last week, last month, last year etc.

Allow folders to be permanently expanded as a feature that user can set as default
Please allow default feature for user to keep our folders permanently expanded if we prefer instead of collapsing the folders each time we exit

Make "Return to Basic Mail" available on ALL accounts
The 'NEW" Yahoo Mail suddenly appeared on my account. I hate it!! There is no way to return to Basic Mail. Make the return to Basic Mail option available on ALL accounts!! PLEASE!!!

Restore Functionality
Not only is the new format ugly, it is clumsy, and it adds new defects.
Displaying images in emails no longer works. Broken.

Modern look? Really!!!
I want the classic version back, I want my e-mails be on pages not in continuous scrolling on one page. Luckily I got rid of those category tabs.They were just messing up reading e-mail. Also bulk deleting is easier in classic mode. So far I have been able to switch to classic mode but now that option has disappeared. You have FORCED people to use the modern version, that is not good. People should have choice what to use. New look is horrible.

make the folders, And Mailboxes movavle so the can sit in the sidebar where it is convienint for the user
The sidebar needs to be much more user-friendly. Allow users to move the folders, mailboxes, etc. to the physical locations they want them. This would personalize the platform to the users rather than the user to the platform

The new Yahoo mail user interface is extremely glitchy
The new user interface gets often does not load the page and requires me to reload a number of times, sometimes it resets after looking at an email, in general it is really bad.
Can you please allow the option to return to the previous user interface? -
FIX IT
Please put it back to normal. I can't even get to yahoo news now. It's AWFUL. I will pick another email as my primary if I can't change it back.

i want the old lay out back
why are you changing things. this new lay out is horrible! to see everything i want in my inbox, i have to go to two different "boxes", this is stupid and redundant. this is like someone finding a fix for something that isn't broken. or just changing something just to change it to say that they did something.

terrible. My incoming emails are only in a small portion of my screen, making them impossible to read.
Give me back my old screen where I could read my emails. I honestly hope your dog dies.

Old email format
Please ditch this new format and return to the old format! This one is so convoluted and difficult to read. It's horrible!!!

Awful experience with the new layout. The right hand pane is absolutely useless and I can't remove it at all. I want to have the option to go back to the Basic Email layout, I don't like the new one.

Put CONTACTS in the lefthand panel
To scatter functions makes them harder to find.
Hi Neil, thanks for your feedback. We currently have no plans in putting "Contacts" in the left hand navigation. Contacts is very rarely used by our Community. It's used a lot therefore it will remain in the right hand side. We want to keep the left side simple with the most used functions. Thanks!

Revert email back to how it was before
Everything about the new format and operation of the email is terrible. Constant pop up ads, terrible navigation. I absolutely hate it.

Go back to the old email
The new yahoo mal is truly dreadful - hard to navigate, hard to find things. Stuff gets deleted or go missing.
In short, Yahoo has turned a good mail system int a pile of total **** over the past few years. It's what Cory Doctorow called "EnShittification" - Yahoo is alienating users and customers at an accelerating rate.

Please make the select all checkbox always visible!
The only way that the Select All checkbox appears for me is if I first select an email. Please just make it ALWAYS visible!
