Restore ability to select recipients from contact list
Why is the ability to select recipients from the contact list disabled? This is a very useful feature. I just noticed today (7/18/25) that it no longer works. Very bad idea to disable this feature.

It would be great if New Yahoo Mail could receive my Comcast email and thus replace Outlook as my email account.

email auto complete does not work anymore
when i typed email on to/cc/bcc previously yahoo would find it and provides auto complete/fill
it stopped working. very inconvenient -
Restore hiding/collapsing of message copies in reply drafts
When you reply to an email, your message body will have a copy of said email with a heading like, "On Saturday, John wrote". The old interface collapsed this by default, giving a button for expanding it. This would be very nice to have back.

compose and bulk delete
Can't find a way to compose a new e-mail. The new format sucks! I also can't delete all junk or trash.

Make all areas workable
Not sure what is going on with Yahoo. This keep randomly changing and buttons keep disappearing. Not happy. Why can I not click a button to delete by week anymore. Getting frustrated with you service. Even this area sucks doesn't give right options to pick.

deleted draft
Good morning! Hope all is well!
This is to ask you to please do something about retrieving deleted draft. We should at least have an undo option for a few second Or be able to retrieve them in the trash. Please do something about this!

The experience replying to emails is horrible.
When I am trying to reply to an email, the screen keeps shifting to where the currently edited line is at the very top of the window. When I copy-paste, there is another abrupt shift of the window, sometimes to the very bottom of the email. The email should probably never shift when it is being edited.

copy email from string
I used to be able to highlight an email in a group email and copy their email to send then a private message. That doesn't work anymore and is super frustrating.

Hello, For the sake of security- Yahoo must stop hiding the senders email address when viewing emails. Seeing the actual email address helps users like myself confirm if an email is a spoof address. The only way to see the actual senders address is for me to click 'reply' so that the senders address then shows like this- support@prime.com info@jobhotel.be. This email spoofed itself to be from Amazon Prime but the real address shows @jobhotel.be. So your current yahoo mail design is going to get a lot of people scammed I hope you realize.

Improve SPAM filtering and blocking
Hi, it would be great to increase the number of blocked addresses or blocked domains.
Another new feature would be the ability to use wildcard character (asterisk) in the block addresses function. Certain spammers use the same 'to'/'from' name but dozens of domains. The ability to block say "Newsletter@(asterisk).com" would help immensely. -
Formatting Toolbar has disappeared.
What happened to the. Formatting Toolbar? It seems to be gone when trying to compose an e-mai and I cannot find a way to get it back.

It would be nice to be able to see a draft reply as we navigate through our emails, as can be done in Office Outlook.

Add an "Unsubscribe" button and method to all Composed mail. I get mail from others with that feature, but I have no way to have a recipient unsubscribe from mail I send them.

BUG: scroll bar does not go to end of long message
The behavior of the scroll bar is different from the behavior of the two finger scroll gesture.
When composing a message that is larger that the compose window, using the scrollbar to get to the end of the message does not work. But, using the scroll gesture to get to the end of the message does work. This seems like a bug and confused my older sister to no end...

forward a message
Your system is almost impossible and exceedingly difficult to use. I wanted to forward a message but there was no place to enter addresses. Do I had to rewrite the original message.

undo send
I had trouble pasting an image from the copy buffer into an email. It kept immediately sending the email rather than pasting the image. Please give us at least 5 seconds to "undo" a send.
