Stop making nonsense changes.Hi Katelind, thanks for your feedback! Looking at your Inbox, on the top right hand side (above the ad) you'll see Starred, Contacts and More. Just click on Contacts and from there you can manage them. Hope this helps!

Formatting incorrect when bullet points used
I have received a few emails where people have either used bulleted lists or either copied and pasted bullet items from a word foc and the formatting in the email is all over the place.
Items overlap and it is not clear to see where bullet points begin and end. It is like they are showing in a columnar table format rather than a bulleted list. The text overlaps the bullet points and it is almost impossible to discern which text belongs to which point. I can provide screenshots.

Fix Crashing after Scheduling a Future Email
Fix the new Yahoo Mail so that it does not cause the Microsoft Edge browser to crash after scheduling a future email. Yesterday I scheduled an email to be sent to myself on January 15, 2026 (due date for federal estimated tax payment). Now the Microsoft Edge browser (updated on Windows 10) crashes soon after I start using it as the only tab. It's probably running out of memory. Use less memory.

Access in other countries
I have been using my yahoo.com email for some years and now I have run out of space. I don't want to delete my old emails rather upgrade to more space. In trying to do so the system does not allow me to since it is locked on United State only and I am in South Africa. Does yahoo.com now only available to United State only?

Yes, you can do this... in your Inbox, once you Compose or Reply, at the bottom you'll see a toolbar, if you don't see it scroll down a bit if you're in Conversation mode. You'll see all that you listed above including clicking on "..." (three dots) for more options.

Unable to close tabs
Hi Yahoo Developers, My tab bar at the top of the compose (or read) screen shows countless tabs for a recent search I did. I am unable to close any of the tabs as there is no 'x' on them. They are moving a screen width and a half to the right. It's a poor UX. Could you please fix this quickly. I'm tempted to go straight back to the old Yahoo mail UI. Thanks.

Fake email in my name
From: "Alecia Thompson" sat.i@itwise.es this is not my email address as someone is pretending to be me ! Please fix this! Also my real email still displays my prior last name as Taylor when sending any correspondences, It should read Alecia Perry-Thompson?

HTML format not preserved when forwarding an email
HTML emails are being forwarded as text only. This works fine from phone app (Android), but fails from web browser (Both firefox and Chrome).

List of addresses and address groups
I miss the ability to look at the list of addresses of people to whom I send emails. Under the Comcast system, I could scan the entire list, but that function apparently doesn't exist with Yahoo mail. I view this as a serious flaw in the Yahoo mail system.
Also I had a number of regularly used address groups under the Comcast system. But again that function didn't transfer over to Yahoo mail. I view this as a serious flaw in the Yahoo mail system.
A response on both of these concerns would be greatly appreciated.

Draft Email Subject Line Too Short
The "Drafts" folder of the new email doesn't show enough of the email title. Example: I save email drafts numbered from 1 -100 so I can know which one to send out the next day, but with install of the new email, I can only see 1 character in the daft subject line. Please make it where we can see more in the subject line of draft emails.

Email Address Lookup
When you select a person to email you should be able to right click on the name and either see the email address or copy the email address. Now it just goes between texts and listing other possible email addresses. Just give me the email address... I don't need the name... I need to see the address. Especially today when people have multiple email addresses, seeing the name means nothing.

Why when I attach a Word docx in normal typeface - it always transmits in ITALICS ?!?!?!?!?

Old Mail Features
I wished you would bring back Stationary in the email and the option to pin messages at the top of my inbox. I also was not pleased that you dropped the storage limit from 1TB to 20 GB thats a huge drop. Then you act like it was done for our benefit. It would also be nice to have a button to insert pictures instead of having to copy and paste or drag and drop from from a folder somewhere. Many times, when you do that it inserts several copies of the same picture. Very screwy.

Google has an option to undo the send option. That would be very beneficial for Yahoo.

Allow users of the original Yahoo Mail to adjust font size and style
For those of us who prefer the old Yahoo Mail layout, please restore the ability to change font size and style. The inbox shows the correct font, but when I go to compose, the font is very small.

The layout of the historical message chain is very confusing - such a nightmare to find the right email on a chronicle basis...
The mails will get stuck together with no logical order. Also, it hard to delete a specific email cause the delete will erase the entire email chain. Such a nightmare!

Make email addresses visible when hovering over the name in the "TO" section
The New Mail does not allow me to see the actual email addresses of people I'm writing to. Annoying, since some people have several and if I want to see an email address now I have to go to contacts.
Hi Fran, yes we do allow this! When you hover with your mouse over the sender's name, a small window will appear showing you the entire email address. The same can be done when opening an email. Hope this helps!!
