WHAT'S NEW?
Reply/Forward Icons - You can see the arrow icons when you've replied or forwarded to a message.
Up/Down Arrow, Scrolls Now - In full message view, not preview pane.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the email to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox. 
Search Results Will Show Folder - Now when you do a search, where the emails are located will show up.


COMING SOON!
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable this under Settings.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Drag and drop messages to folders - Just click and hold on an email message, then drag and drop that message into a different folder. 
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders. 
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.

    In new Yahoo Mail, "Automatically generate a preview of links" is not working. It should be fixed or just allow users to go back to old Yahoo Mail. Thank you.

  3. Fix text paste issue

    Please fix the bug when paste anything, it ignores my cursor position and always paste on top. I use Google Chrome on Windows 11.

  4. Cannot Accept Teams Invite

    There is nowhere i can accept an invite for a Teams meeting when party send an invite. please fix this. Not only can I not accept the invite, I cannot even see the time the invite was sent for. How embarrassing. Yahoo is not keeping up with the times, and it may be time to switch to a new email service.

  5. Scheduled message not in Sent folder

    I sent a message using the "schedule" feature. Before it was sent, it was in the "Scheduled" folder. However, after it was sent, I can't find it anywhere. I know it was sent, because the recipient responded. I would expect my original message to be in the Sent folder.

    What a bloody **** show, I have written the same ****** email three times only to be deleted by some ********* shortcut. can you fix the bloody shortcut **** out.

  7. Need help restoring the email toolbar while composing an email

  8. PLEASE REVERT IT BACK TO OLD VERSION! NEW VERSION IS HORRIBLE

    Please revert back to the previous one. Very inconvenient and very slow can't find icons can't even send it without scrolling all the way down the email. This is highly inconvenient and taking up so much time. Please revert mine to back to Classic I want the original one please thank you

  10. contacts not auto generating

    When composing an email, my contacts do not auto-generate. I have to type the complete address each time. It does work on my Apple phone (I use the mail app), but it does not work on any browser window. ( Even on my cell phone).

    allow users to DELETE suggested emails like before. Cannot get rid of bad suggestions. Somehow the name tag is the full email--but the email to send to dropped left of the @ and @ sign--so it is not valid. CANNOT DELETE THESE!!!!!

  12. backspace deletes emails that are being replied to

    When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. When an email is in my inbox, it will automatically send it to the trash folder and exit the email if I press the back space and it does this without warning. the reply function/forward seems very buggy and there was also an…

  13. edit subject in draft

    When composing an email, if I click in the text field without first typing in the Subject field, I am unable to go back and edit the Subject Field. The only workaround that I've found is to make a change in the To field first, then it lets you edit Subject. This is annoying.

  14. Ctrl+Shift+V

    In Chrome browser on a Windows laptop, Ctrl+Shift+V usually means "paste as plain text" but when I use that in Yahoo! mail it actually sends the email (prematurely) with no way to call it back. Please make Ctrl+Shift+V paste text instead of sending the email.

  15. subject field cant be editted

    Using google chrome on windows 11 and yahoo mail in that browser. When I compose a new email; if i start to type in the message body field, I am then unable to edit the subject line. I've had this issue through several iterations of google chrome on windows 11.

    No issues in yahoo email in my yahoo app on iOS.
    No issues in old yahoo email. this is only an issue in the new. clearly a bug. sadly yahoo support requires payment to submit bugs
