I have someone else's name appearing under my e-mail. I have deleted and re-entered my name several times but when I compose an email or send an e-mail, their name still appears. Should I close/delete my account?

Ask if I want to save as a draft
Why does EVERYTHING save as a draft no matter what? I have so many drafts that have nothing in them, or are obsolete, because I closed them, not wanting to send an email, but was never asked if I wanted to save it as a draft. That really needs to be a function. I click the X on a new email, it should ask if I want to save it as a draft or not.

Add stationery
Can we get the stationery back. We loved the Yahoo stationery. My friends mom is house bound and she used to love to get emails with the Yahoo stationery. It really brightened up her day.

Cannot scroll to the send button
Problem: When composing, the page will not scroll down to the "send" button any longer on any browser that I have. I have to make the zoom very small to get to the send button. I have bad eyes and cannot use my email that way. (PC, Windows 11)
Solution: Either put a "send" button at the top like there used to be on older versions or fix the scrolling issue.

backspace deletes emails that are being replied to
When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. turn off writing assist
Give the ability to turn "ai writing assist" off. It takes up too much space on the phone app, you hit it accidentally, and I will NEVER use it. NEVER.

Fix the "recent emoticon" option.
When I want to select an emoticon, the recent ones are not available. I have to type into the search to find the icons that I usually use. Why is the clock indicating "recent" not working?
I did an experiment. I searched for two icons and saw the "recents" until I closed the icon selection box. When I opened it a second later, the recents were forgotten. -
drafts appearing in inbox

- X out of it. RESULT: after a few moments, the message appears in your Inbox. It does not appear in your drafts. EXPECT: It should appear in drafts and not in Inbox.
Sometimes multiple intermediate drafts appear in your inbox.

While composing an email on a desktop, it is impossible to remove an attachement after it has been added. Please fix this issue.
There are no such problems in the app.

BUG: Editing Draft Messages is Perilous
I have started using the the new Yahoo Mail. When ever I attempt to edit an existing Draft message, I am "bounced" out of the message every few seconds. When the "bounce" occurs, I have to retrieve the message from the draft folder and carry on from where the interruption occurred. In happened to me 7 times today during the edit of a short email. Recently a longer edit to another draft email was completely deleted. Does this happen due to an inadvertent keystroke entry or is it some type of timed auto-save feature?? Storage Used
It's kind of ****** that you changed the amount of free storage and made it next to impossible to find out how much storage I'm actually using. AND you give the hard sell on buying more storage. Just one of many reasons most people have switched to Gmail.

First off, shoving AI in everything continues to be wildly stupid and against the wishes of users. Not to mention an ecological nightmare.
Secondly, if someone changes the NAME on their account, it should default to changing the name in their sent email headers. It's insane that you have to dig into the settings for this, and you have no reason to believe that it WOULDNT do this. I used this mail to try and be anonymous, and you made me send an "anonymous" email with my full first and last name in the header. Terrible design.

Hitting the backspace/delete key will completely delete your draft, there is no way to find and restore the email! Please fix it!!!

Certain emails not showing up on the New Yahoo Mail
Hello, After switching to the New Version as of yesterday Feb 26, certain emails are not showing up when I open Yahoo Mail on my PC or Chromebook. I was able to discover this discrepancy only because the Yahoo Mail on my phone is still on the Old version. This is very serious - please address this ASAP because I wouldn't know who is sending my important emails if they do not show up on the new Yahoo Mail.
