WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. backspace deletes emails that are being replied to

    When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for.   2. Message cannot be saved as draft.

    Using Yahoo! to access my AOL email account, I often encounter an error when drafting an email with an attachment. It can be PDF, JPEG, etc. File size is often less than 1 or 2MB. Most recently, my .jpeg file was 232KB. It attaches a broken file and returns an error saying "Message cannot be saved as draft." It also fails to send. Please fix!

  3. refresh glitch

    I'm using latest Google Chrome. During checking emails and deleting, Yahoo Mail keeps refreshing and putting me back to the top when I was scrolling down a couple of hundred emails. I have to scroll down to find my spot, but then refreshes again and I can never get lower than a 100 emails or so. Also, while writing from a saved draft, Yahoo Mail refreshes and puts me out or opens a new draft, or scrolls down to the bottom of the message. Then finally, the draft disappeared and is nowhere to be found!!! Please bring the old Yahoo…

  4. 14" SCREEN TROUBLE

    I use a 14" screen laptop. The new yahoo display often hides the send button, I can not scroll down far enough.
    The yahoo search bar covers the tabs at the top - back, delete tabs.
    This affects both reading incoming emails and writing emails.
    I'd like to go back to the older version if there is no fix to this. Please help.
    I have tried making the email images smaller so I can reach the bottom of the email, to no avail.
