Error Messages
When ever I try to "forward" any messages that have an attachment It will not go through and I get an error message "AN ERROR OCCURRED" message immediately followed by another error message that says: "MESSAGE COULD NOT BE SAVED AS DRAFT".
This is so frustrating. -
Yahoo issue to deliver emails to inbox when its forwarded to an external account
I have forwarded 4 emails from my gmail account only two has delivered to yahoo inbox. It looks like it's the problem of yahoo email because 2 emails has not bounced back to gmail account. - kaldatta@yahoo.com

Email Attachments
This a bug more than an idea. When attaching PDF files I have had on a number of occasions the recipient reply the PDF is blank. I verified the PDF on my computer or phone and I can see it on my side it is filled out. I download the attachment from Yahoo Mail and I see the PDF is blank. The workaround I have had to use is send the email from another email provider and then forward that email.

fix the progarm. everything was fine until the Yahoo. came on.
FULL of Bugs. I spent two hours troubleshooting with Yahoo on the line - without success during the two hour session when we were trying to fix email delete.NOW - I can't send messages in Yahoo.

scrolling
At one point we couldn't scroll through the end of an email using arrows, then it got fixed, now that feature has disappeared again. Could you please bring it back? Thanks!

First, let me say thank you for all of your hard work, coding, and developing. There are several issues that I have with the new Yahoo Mail that I did not have before. (1) I don't like that the screen goes to the bottom of the email, where send is located, while I'm editing a reply/forward in an email. (2) Can we change it so that when you reply to one email, it has the send button located at the bottom of that specific email, versus going through the whole conversation? Bug report: deleting draft forward email, deletes the original email too
This is a bug report with the "forward" and "draft" feature.
When I delete a "draft" email that is a draft "forward", it also deletes the original email.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an email
2. Press the "forward" button
3. A "new message" will appear with the forwarded email
4. Close the app, or go back, or navigate out. Any of these actions will save your mail as a "draft"
5. Open your drafts
6. Delete the new message that is a "forward". Confirm that you want to delete this "draft" email.
7. Check your inbox

Suppress keyboard shortcuts
It seems far too easy to go into keyboard shortcuts accidentally while typing. I somehow managed to delete not only my reply but also the original email several times and have had to ask for it to be resent.

I use the new UI on Windows 11 with screen resolution 1280x720.
Here is what I don’t like:When I click on the button « Compose » and in the field « To: » I select a few addresses it show the first address and after that « +2 more ». Please show all the addresses.
When I am in a conversation that have a few messages:
a) There is only one button « Reply », at the end of the conversation. It should have a button « Reply » at the end of every message that I received…

forwarding to pop mail like outlook
I have been using MS Outlook for 20 years using pop mail from Yahoo. I have about 40 folders with 20 year old important emails and 100 email contacts when I read an email I want it to stay visible unless I file it in a subfolder or delete it. I don't want an email to disappear when I delete it. I will move emails to delete forever. Yahoo Mail is a poor substitute. I have 40 years and 7.5G of important emails on my laptop

create customized permanent email address
I'm trying to figure out: 1. how to create a new customized email address that doesn't have @yahoo.com at the end; 2. be able to forward emails sent from the old islandcandleschs@yahoo.com email address to the new inbox for the new custom email address created. thank you that worked. that's all for now. I contacted a help agent after signing up for Yahoo+ thinking it was a feature (like Google's subscription plan offers). She told me to submit a request for this feature to be added here. As a business owner, this would be a very helpful tool.
