WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. Attachment when replying

    I do not like that the e-mail is attached to a previous e-mail, even with a different subject. It confuses the recipient. And sometimes he can not find the attachment

  3. Moving emails to folders, finding folders i have, basically everything to do with moving and setting up new folders

    My category is not here.....i am having major problems with moving and finding folders and setting up new folders.....takes 3x as long as before. the prior format WAS MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER....faster, efficient.

  5. Organizing emails in a more orderly fashion

    I really dislike the way email chains are shown. If I am trying to respond to someone who has responded to me, my reply doesn't always go at the top. When looking at an email chain, it doesn't always display in chronological order so it makes it really difficult to read through the chain. I have outlook at work and it is some much easier, I reply , they reply and its all in order. Plus they don't combine all the emails in to one. The new look of the whole email is really difficult, it was better before you…

  7. Update Reply Indentation Formatting

    It would be great if we could disable the indentation in replies for both the website and mobile app. The way Outlook handles previous messages with a dividing line is much easier to read after multiple replies. Thanks.
