bring back themes!
it sucks that you can only have light or dark or device themes in the new email. i can't even get themes back if i go to the old email. bring that back, please.

All that white is killing me! So is the dark black. Please give us a choice to insert an image in the background. Or give us some themes. That will also help making Yahoo mail more personalized. Thanx.

COLOR - GIVE US BACK OUR COLOR
The White is too blinding and the Black is too dark and depressing. What made you think that dropping all color or theme options was a good idea? Do you want your brand to disappear because we will all abandon you for Google? I don't want to do that - I WANT COLORSSS.

Background customizations
I like the new yahoo mail, but wish I could customize the background/theme of my mail. Also how my mail is organized and viewed.

Color options
I’d like to have other options besides a page fully white or fully black. Other colors and gradations of those colors would be easier on the eyes and more pleasant for those who have preferences. If there is a way to do that now, please tell me how, for I haven’t found it. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the stationary option for writing emails. Is there anyway you can bring those back? Everyone who recieved my e-mails on the email stationary loved it and it really gave me something specail.

Restore themes
Give us the ability to pick themes back in standard mail. Right now white on white looks like mashed potatoes on white bread--BORRRRRRING! Thank you in advance. There is NO themes tab in the current edition of Yahoo mail. Very upsetting. I had a nice orangey brown one that was soothing--this white on white is just too stark, like being in plain hospital walls.

Please consider updating the fonts for the Compose button and email types (All, Priority, etc.). The Times New Roman look I am seeing on Chrome makes the new version of Yahoo Mail look antiquated and wonky compared to the fonts on the rest of the page.

On the old version of Yahoo Mail, I was able to add a custom background to my inbox, which allowed for a flare and pop of personality. Now, with only the light/dark options, not only are my eyes having a hard time discerning the difference between un/opened emails, but my email looks lacklustre and boring. I understand your team is forcing this change upon people (as the "go back" button is no longer available), but if you are looking to retain your customers and increase brand loyalty, I think it would be critical to listen to our feedback!
