WHAT'S NEW?
Reply/Forward Icons - You can see the arrow icons when you've replied or forwarded to a message.
Up/Down Arrow, Scrolls Now - In full message view, not preview pane.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the email to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox. 
Search Results Will Show Folder - Now when you do a search, where the emails are located will show up.


COMING SOON!
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable this under Settings.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Drag and drop messages to folders - Just click and hold on an email message, then drag and drop that message into a different folder. 
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders. 
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.

    I really enjoyed the stationary option for writing emails. Is there anyway you can bring those back? Everyone who recieved my e-mails on the email stationary loved it and it really gave me something specail.

  4. Restore themes

    Give us the ability to pick themes back in standard mail. Right now white on white looks like mashed potatoes on white bread--BORRRRRRING! Thank you in advance. There is NO themes tab in the current edition of Yahoo mail. Very upsetting. I had a nice orangey brown one that was soothing--this white on white is just too stark, like being in plain hospital walls.

  5. fonts

    Please consider updating the fonts for the Compose button and email types (All, Priority, etc.). The Times New Roman look I am seeing on Chrome makes the new version of Yahoo Mail look antiquated and wonky compared to the fonts on the rest of the page.

  6. customize

    On the old version of Yahoo Mail, I was able to add a custom background to my inbox, which allowed for a flare and pop of personality. Now, with only the light/dark options, not only are my eyes having a hard time discerning the difference between un/opened emails, but my email looks lacklustre and boring. I understand your team is forcing this change upon people (as the "go back" button is no longer available), but if you are looking to retain your customers and increase brand loyalty, I think it would be critical to listen to our feedback!   7. On ONE of my PCs, the font looks like its from a fax machine. Can we have a setting to fix fonts??

  8. Please bring back the themes at the appearance!!!

    Please bring back the themes at the appearance!!! Having just plain light or plain dark mode is horrible. Bring back the themes like tropical, wintery, happy, serene, in all kinds of colors and vibes.
