Blocking senders
Well, I see Yahoo has succumbed to the lure of MO' MONEY. I used to be able to block senders I didn't want to receive email from.
Now I have to pay $5 for that privilege. Thanks a lot for nothing.

Can't efficiently delete messages to comply with new storage limits
When I try to delete messages in < 10k bucket sizes these will go to trash. Unfortunately trash fills up and starts preventing additional deletes. Then you have to try and permanently remove the emails from trash, but they are not removed. So you are stuck trying to remove messages and can't delete in bulk. Please fix this or postpone compliance dates until this functionality is working correctly.

Need Email management features like bulk search and bulk delete.
How can you ever expect any user to maintain their Mailbox and keep it under your new size limit, if you don't provide any means of deleting bulk email? Even if I search on a key word or an email address, if that results in 10,000 emails, but you only let users delete 25 at a time, NOBODY is going to redo 400 searches to delete all messages from ONE sender! If you want to keep users from going somewhere else, then provide some means to do bulk searches and bulk deleting of emails.

Bulk Delete Capabilities
There has got to be a better way to delete emails in bulk. I get so much spam that my inbox is overwhelmed. Deleting 50 emails at a time is tedious and ineffective. I need to be able to bulk delete my inbox like I can my trash folder. This is driving me CRAZY

DELETE ALL UNREAD feature to help users clear space for new storage limits
I need a way to delete all 500,000+ unread emails in order to clear my storage. As a Yahoo Mail user of 30+ years, my account currently uses 60gb, and with the new "exciting" policy, soon only 20gb will be permitted for free accounts. I don't have time to delete half a million unwanted email messages just 50 at a time using the per page delete option that currently exists. How can I "Delete All Unread"???

Why is it that after I have deleted over 3/4 of all folders and files from my Yahoo mail account that you still say that I have the EXACT same usage at 16.55 Gigs? When will this ever be updated?

Urgently cleaning out Mailbox size
I am trying desperately after 20+ years on Yahoo to delete large emails. How can I tell what the size is of the attachments? I have deleted 1000's of emails and photos and hasn't made a dent. I need a way filter largest, or by type, and ALSO by oldest. This is really pressure and more tools to select many and delete would be very helpful.

i am really frustrated with how you inform yahoo mail users that they have reached their maximum storage capacity after they go over their limit. cant you find a way to notify them earlier? also, i am trying to go below the limit by deleting thousands of emails but still the storage capacity is not decreasing. it is actually increasing. cant be !!??

yahoo needs a delete ALL tab
why have delete all messages and when its downloading or looking like its deleting all emails it just bounces back to the main page. piece of ****, you guys want to start charging us for space but won't allow us to delete all emails at once. make it make sense.

After I unblock an email address(talktous@pcmastercard.pcfinancial.ca) in the blocked address list, unfortunately I still can not receive any email from this address.

Missing emails
I have no ideas. But have a problem finding emails that seem to have gone missing. The email period is between November 13th,2024 and February 2025. Can you help me recover emails?

options to block spam
I have had this email for decades. Lately I am getting more Spam than ever. I think there needs to be an option to block unlimited domains and have AI automatically block emails that have domains that don't really exist. Or just any weird emails that are not valid.

it was pretty ****** of you guys to not send notice to my other email before deleting DECADES of emails just because I hadn't logged in for a year. Way to make sure I definitely won't use your service and advise everyone I know not to.

SPAM COMPLAINT.
Your new layout coincides with a huge increase in spam. Probably coincidental but can't you tune up your anti-spam software better?
Add more domain-level blocking. -
Delete Trash.
Up until about a week ago, there was the ability to select to delete all of the items in the Trash. That option is no longer available.
Please bring it back. -
getting rid of spam
It used to be, with spam, that you blocked sender and then the spam was permanently deleted. Now, when spam is blocked, it is then sent to the trash folder from where is now has to be deleted.
change it back to the old way; this new way doubles the work of getting those spam emails out of your email -
Put a No Junk button on the list
I have had 2 people that I communicate with regularly that all of a sudden are appearing in the junk folder. How do I correct this? Thank You
