highlight all emails
Why can't I highlight all emails for deleting anymore? Where is the tic box? The older system was much easier to use and to navigate. I have over 2000 emails and it takes too long to delete them all one by one. This platform may not be for me anymore.

I've looked online and nothing is simple with bulk deleting.
I need to be able to sort by sender and bulk delete that sender just by title. Very annoying trying to keep my inbox clean and as it gets out of hand, it gets more annoying. This is being done by other providers, surely you can offer something similar.

make a delete all button
please make van option to delete entire inbox for the love of god. I get too much spam and did not realize that once all of my "storage" is used up I either have to delete 300k emails one by one or pay for more storage. honestly might consider just making a whole new email on a different website because that's BS! I have had this e mail for about 20 years and I refuse to waste a week of my life I will never get back deleting spam emails.

Unable to delete all messages in a folder
Hello,
I'm not sure whom to send this to, but I am unable to free up storage space by deleting all messages in my coupons folder. It only works when I delete 1 at a time.
can someone quite simply wipe all messages ONLY in my COUPONS folder?
Or better yet, fix it...

Storage Exceeded
I received an e-mail stating that my storage was exceeded on Aug 15th, and I had to address it immediately otherwise i could not send or receive e-mail. I did something about it when I could on Aug 18th. But now I have no e-mails received between Aug 15th and 18th. This is unacceptable, if you are going to do this, you should archive any emails from this time and when I addressed the issue, reinstate those e-mails so that I am not missing any important e-mails. Or at a minimum, give more time to address this issue. -
make it easier to remove multiple emails at once
If you want me to free up storage, please remove the default that only allows me to remove 100 emails at a time. I want to remove five years worth of emails at once.
I need to do this before the August 27th deadline.

don't delete drafts
Stop deleting my emails as I am writing them. This new yahoo mail is so terrible. Twice, I was writing an email and clicked delete to backspace and remove some characters, and yahoo deleted my draft with no way of getting it back. Why would it delete without going into my trash. I am working on a macbook pro and maybe my hand hit the track pad at the same time. I have no idea. I am teased by friends for still using yahoo email, and now yahoo is asking me to pay for it. Automatically deleting trash emails
In the cox email, we had the option to auto delete anything put in the trash folder. Yes, we have to pay attention as it's not recoverable. BUT, the trash takes up space. Is there a way for me to auto delete? Thank you, Marty in AZ

I had old emails from family members and such who have since passed. I logged in occasionally but was stunned to see EVERY EMAIL just gone. Deleted. Is there anyway to get my old messages restored?

Why are the sender's email addresses no longer being shown when THIS is an ESSENTIAL SECURITY ISSUE!!! The easiest way to determine if an email is fraudulent or not is SIMPLY BY LOOKING AT the sender's actual email address instead of "whoever they claim they are"! By yahoo NO LONGER SHOWING IN CLEAR VIEW every sender's email address' just makes EVERYTHING that much MORE DIFFICULT to identify spams, scams, and phishing emails. Delete doesn't delete
I have tried several times / several ways to delete emails and they don't delete. They never go away. I've tried resetting browser, deleting history, etc and they are still there after the pop up says deleted. I've concluded that you just want money from me to pay for the storage space.
