Your filters are not effective it seems, in seeing a particular CC in an incoming mail, to conduct the action.
If a group leader sends a CC-all, and I put someone who's in that group as the "if a CC from *** is in mail, then delete",
It still does not delete.Cox had where you could put if "CC" was three specific other addresses, it would delete that, but keep only keep if two other addresses were in the "to". That would take maybe 10 Yahoo filters to do that.

Degridation in performance
Yahoo locks up when ever I delete mail in the trash or spam folders. It just freezes and will stay frozen until I exit Yahoo and move to another website.

Bug in Block & Delete spam emails
Hi Yahoo,
There is a bug in the spam box, previously users could select multiple mails at and block the senders, additionally the user could also choose to select to delete all the existing mails from the sender while blocking them. However, since last few weeks the emails don't get deleted from the mailbox even after checking the box to delete the existing emails sent by the blocked sender.

FIX MESSED UP DELETE ALL OPTION
CURRENTLY WHEN I DELETE ALOT OF EMAILS IN VERIOUS FOLDERS I PICK DELETE ALL AND.... IT ONLY DELETES 30 BUT SAYS ALL DELETED. I MUST GET OUT OF YAHOO THEN BACK IN TO PICK DELETE ALL AND IT ONLY DELETES 30 AGAIN. OBVIOUSLY A SYSTEM ERROR.

Yahoo Mail’s spam filtering needs to become more reliable. A particularly serious problem is that legitimate emails are sometimes incorrectly sent to the Spam folder. This means users can miss important messages because they cannot confidently rely on the Spam folder to contain only unwanted mail.
At the same time, users dealing with persistent spam and scam campaigns need better tools to control what reaches their mailbox. Yahoo should allow all users to block an unlimited number of sender domains, rather than imposing a very small limit.
Better spam filtering combined with unlimited domain blocking would give users much more…

Allow for Bulk Deletion of Old Unread Emails
Please allow for bulk deleting. If I search for all unread messages older than 1/1/2020, for instance, I will get over 59,000 messages!! If I then select all of those messages and try to delete them your system will not delete them. This is nuts!! Why can't you make this happen?

Bug? Confirmation prompt missing when deleting messages (very risky!)
The following behavior occurs in all folders, and this may very well be an unintentional bug or design flaw/oversight:
Clicking the "Delete" trashcan menu icon when selecting multiple messages (as well as clicking the "Delete" trashcan icon next to a single, individual message) will produce a confirmation/warning prompt as is normally expected and industry-standard.
However, pressing the Delete key on the physical keyboard does not produce a confirmation/warning prompt; the delete action simply goes through. Improper Spam Email
There are some improper Spam Emails that I block from coming back and I also unsubscribe and it keep coming back every day. I also clip on the part that said delete all Email from this sender and still coming back. Please help.

The bulk delete of all messages in a folder is not functioning, even though it says it is. To solve this I looked for a tool to delete the entire "facebook" folder, which has nearly 480,000 emails in it, so I can get my total memory usage down within the 20GB limit, but there does not seem to be a tool to delete a folder from the folder list. Since the bulk delete is not functioning, you have to scroll down repeatedly to load more emails in the screen, so the most you can delete at once is about 1,100…
