    Please compare the stat lines of Garret Crochet's start today and Stephen Kolek's.

    Crochet: 5 ER in 6.0 IP, 6 hits allowed, 1 walk, 9 Ks = 20.9 fantasy points
    Kolek: 0 ER in 5.2 IP, 3 hits allowed, 4 walks, 2 Ks = 13.9 fantasy points

    Yes, 4 walks is bad. But 5 earned runs is much worse. With this scoring, strikeouts matter much more than hits and runs allowed. Kolek also gave up 0 runs in his last start and walked away with a measly 16.9 points. That's nothing. This is not a good system. Head-to-head stat categories should be the default setting.
