The new format is visually difficult to see/use, especially for people with vision impairments and other disabilities. It is nearly impossible to see which emails are read or unread. The logo icons from senders is completely unnecessary and creates visual overload for neurodivergent individuals. Removing the individual 'panes' for files, mail, previews, etc has created a single bright window which is blinding to look at, especially when coming from other normal webpages.
