    Chris, you live in a dream. Trump has been doing everything he promised to do under the constitution. The same constitution that Obama pretty much ignored. Especially for the Paris accords. Obama made a treaty without ratification from Congress. That makes it something that the incoming president can remove. If Obama had followed the law Trump would not be able to back out of it so easily.

    But Hey, Why should I care what yahoo says at this point. After nearly 20 years of using yahoo i am done. Do much fake news and bias news when your headliner is the Huffington Post.
