You had a very simply basic email option which showed things in a very concise manner. Your new email has made the screen even smaller because of course we needed bigger ads. Plus when I open an email from a sender why am I now seeing my message to them first? I want to see the reply first because guess what I already know what I said. PLEASE stop changing things that don't need to be changed. Yahoo always seems to feel the need to change something because of course change always makes it better. In this case it doesn't because you made a simply functional product just trash. I would pay extra for the old basic email to come back.

In keeping and using the yahoo basic email I like it because it is simple. It seems like yahoo always needs to change things for the sake of changing things? If you want to change the new email because apparently all kinds of people want it changed then why can't you leave the basic email as it is for those of us who never changed to the new yahoo email.

You had a great basic email product which I would actually pay monthly to go back to. Your new email has too many ads almost like you are purposefully making it so annoying that people have to pay for ad free. You had an option to go back to the old mail which I selected and then it didn't take me back to the old email and the option went away. You have condensed what you see for the email screen and for some super dumb reason moved contacts to the box on the right making the email screen even smaller. In basic email you simply toggled over to contacts and the showed up in the middle because really do you need to see your contacts and your emails at the same time? Basically if you are going to make a new email product it should really be better than the old product which this in my humble opinion clearly isn't? I don't know how many people had to sign off on these changes to get them implemented but perhaps they should be re-assigned to another department within yahoo.
