    Why is my information in my contact list no longer available? I have information there that is needed for emergency contacts, etc. that I can no longer access. Not all people have email addresses, yet that is required to add a contact. Why was no warning given as to the change so we could protect our information? I have a cloud contract, but am still unable to retrieve my previous info.
