    i used to be able to use the delete key to delete, esc key to go back to email list, r to reply, f to forward

    email used to be able to refresh/update automatically instead of having to hit refresh to see what new emails came in. used to be able to hit m to refresh, delete key to delete emails, n to compose new email. now unable to do so. also having to hit apply to move an email to another folder -- waste of step.

    refresh automatically. allow shortcut keys to be used to delete email, etc.
