    If you are not going to allow "replies," thumbs "up" or "down," rather than just making them unable to work, advise what was done against guidelines. Happens to me daily. I don't use vulgarity, I state my opinions and why I agree or disagree. I reply to "ups" as well as "downs" when I have something I believe in.
